They were shipped in the original box that was ripped in half then put in a shipping box with no protection. Therefore they bounced around free to get scratched and one of the speakers are dented in. Best buy has a 14 day return policy. I cant return them I gave them to my son as a birthday gift. So more the 14 days had passed between purchase and him opening them. They sound small and the led light is only one color so you cant have one blue and one pink like the picture. Best buy offers a poor customer experience as of late.
