Took them out of their box (really nice packaging), placed them in three discreet spots and have not lost signal even once. These things make me take back everything bad that i have said about spectrum internet... I had thought my horrible download speeds and constant drops in internet through wi fi and a cable where due to bad service, but i was happily proven wrong!

This is hands down the easiest WiFi I have ever setup. The speed and capacity for multiple devices is really amazing compared to gen 5 gear. Get this today and your kids will stop complaining about slow WiFi (as long as you have the right level of service w your ISP).

Seemed to have good signal quality for most of our items, but would not connect to Amazon Echos. Had to go through a convoluted process to get the signal to work for them.

Hello DavidM! Thank you for your feedback on the eero 6+ system. I'm glad to hear you're experiencing good signal quality for most of your devices, and I understand your frustration with the connectivity challenges you encountered when setting up your Amazon Echo devices. Connecting Amazon Echo devices to eero mesh networks can occasionally require specific setup steps due to how Echo devices handle network authentication and band steering. Here's comprehensive guidance to help you and others who may experience similar issues: 1. During initial Echo setup, temporarily disable the 5 GHz band in your eero app settings, leaving only 2.4 GHz active. Many Echo devices prefer connecting to 2.4 GHz during initial setup. Do this in the eero app by tapping on Settings > Troubleshooting > 'My device won't connect', then tapping on the "Temporarily pause 5GHz" button. This will disable 5GHz for 10 minutes, which can help with setting up some 2.4GHz only devices. 2. Avoid special characters, spaces at the beginning or end, or very long network names, as these can sometimes cause issues with Echo device connectivity. 3. When adding Echo devices, ensure you're physically close to an eero unit during setup. Place the Echo within 10-15 feet of an eero for initial configuration, then move it to its permanent location once connected. 4. Verify both your eero app and Alexa app are fully updated, and ensure your Echo devices have the latest firmware installed. If you continue experiencing connectivity issues with your Echo devices or need assistance with the setup process, Amazon Customer Support is available 24/7 at 1-888-280-4331 for both eero and Echo device assistance. Thank you for sharing your experience—it helps other customers know what to expect during setup. Have a great day!

Works great. Provides high speed internet throughout the house. One downside however is the inability to choose 2.4 or 5ghz for specific devices. The system “knows best” and provides the device what it thinks it needs. We had to hardwire our TVs in because it kept trying to put them on 2.4 and the tvs would only work properly without buffer on 5.

I didn't want to pay rental fees every month for my Internet service provider's router, and made the switch. My house was built in 1970, and I'm fairly certain that the cable install was in the 80's and came in right off the main wires, and the opposite end of the house. With our default router, we never had strong signal in our bedrooms and quite a few dead spots. This mesh set-up was essentially, "plug and play." ★You Do Need an App★ The App made it very smooth. I made sure to install it before even opening the box, and it helped to walk me through the initial set-up, and I have no issues. You can monitor all devices connected to your router, see how much data is being pulled from each device, change the names of the connected devices to recognizable names you'll know and remember, accepts our smart washer and dryer, and the system even offers backup emergency backup Internet, in the event of an outage, for an extra price, of course. All and all, I couldn't be more pleased.

The eero 6+ AX3000 offers a compelling combination of performance, ease of use, and smart home integration at a reasonable price point. It’s particularly well-suited for users seeking to upgrade their home network to Wi-Fi 6 standards without delving into complex configurations. However, those requiring extensive wired connections or advanced features without additional subscriptions might need to consider other options.

This was an impulse buy based upon the age of our last "system". The mesh setup was easy to setup and use and even found out that some of our Echos in the house also acted like a repeater! Can easily hold a connection to all the stuff we have in the house.
The app is easy to use, and easy to modify if I need to set up guest wireless, or other features.

Flawless Wi-Fi Everywhere!
This mesh system was a breeze to set up and now I have strong, fast Wi-Fi in every room — even the backyard. No more dead zones or buffering. Love the simple app controls too. Highly recommend!

Extends out internet wifi from one end to the other in our 350 square foot home, we had no WiFi service on the other side of our house before we got this, now the kids get the same speed we get in the next room form the WiFi router

Bought these to go with my other 2 that I currently have at home, and now I have coverage all the way across my property, just shy of 3/4 of an acre, and a 2-story house. Had to reach out to them to help get set up, but that was due to my own part, not having an EERO Account linked to my other 2.

The Space and issue: single level 2300 sq foot home with limited internet access to a far corner of the house where my home office was set up. Connectivity was good but not great. Working from home I could not be connected to VPN and taking video calls. I would have to turn off video or disconnect from VPN. Speeds were especially diminished when video streaming was happening in the family room.
Solution: EERO 6+
I was concerned this would not fix my issue but it has resolved it entirely. I debated if I needed the PRO but since my internet speeds cannot do exceed 1 Gig, the plus is overkill and not the best option for me. Now having the EERO system set up I can be on a video call, connect to the VPN and have call quality better than what it was before, even with streaming happening at the same time in the family room. This is exactly the system set up I was looking for and does everything I wanted it to. I do not game a lot but we stream everything.
Installation: EASY! I even called customer service and was walked through everything. THEN, while on the call CS SUGGESTED that we update the system so I didnt have to call right back. IF that isn't great customer service I don't know what is. I'm confident all issues will be resolved quickly going forward, if I have any.
Pull the trigger and get high speed internet flowing consistently all through out your home. Don't go with the Tri-Band PRO UNLESS your internet can do speeds better than 1 gig.

Had a small hiccup when installing because I have a router/modem combo unit. Once I corrected that, it was extremely simple to setup and made my speeds on the 2nd floor more than double.

The work exactly as advertised providing great coverage and speed across your house. the only thing that needs noted is that these should not be placed outside, so if youre buying these to set up wifi cameras or speakers outside you will struggle with low signal if your walls are thick. these are very easy to set up and the app is easy and intuitive.
