We have a 4,500 sqft house and had a gigabyte internet for about six months but never got anywhere close to that speed even right next to the router and barely over 50mgb in the upstairs bedroom. I tried multiple Netgear routers with multiple extenders and got better speed but super unreliable ( it would drop multiple times a day ) and their customer service was absolutely atrocious. I decided to give eero a try and behold fast and reliable internet. I had some trouble on the first day, with the eero in my office disconnecting but i called customer service and they answered right away and got it fixed in 20 minutes. Since then we have not had a single issue with connection issues. We have around 20 electronics connect to the eero not included our ring security system, cameras, and doorbell, as well as multiple smart lights and alexas throughout the house. With no issues at all. This system is incredible and the app is smooth, and this is coming from a software engineer. Overall a great system that is expandable. Definitely recommend giving this a try. I researched this purchase for months and considered every option, of which there are plenty. I finally decided on this Eero system and I am so happy I did. Setup was fast and EASY; the phone app is awesome and takes you through it in no time. It’s like you have an Eero technician right there at your side, walking you through the setup and placement of a custom mesh WiFi system for your home. I haven’t had to do anything since that first day I set it up almost a month ago. I’ve forgotten about it and I’ve never seen a signal less than max, even in my basement or outside. I paired it with an ARRIS Surfboard (SB6190) modem and it works great. The whole system is super fast with great throughput; never any lagging, even with streaming video. It was a good value too.

We went from a standard modem/router/extender set up to this because we constantly were having issues with poor connectivity, lagging out, buffering and just all around terrible upload and download speeds. We have tons of phones, tablets, computers, smart tvs, gaming consoles etc which I have included a list of most recent. We went from less than half of this speed to what you will see in the pics! Best purchase I have made for networking It is also one of the easiest, simplest setups I have ever gone through. It took less than 10 min to complete

I was hesitating to purchase these due to the high price. But they don’t disappoint. Eero is easy to set up and use. It probably took less than 10 minutes (if that) to set up. Not once have I had a connection issue. I now get ultra fast speeds. I had a nighthawk before this and I was getting mediocre speeds of max 150-170mbps. Once I switched over to Eero, I noticed the difference on all of my devices.

Today marks the 6-month mark I’ve had this system, and it’s fantastic. The premium subscription was found I be unnecessary, and is the only negative aspect I could find, as it constantly shows an advert to upgrade in the app. The modules are really fast, and can support 6 4K streams at once, if not more, that’s just as many as we were able to test. Each unit other than the host has 2 available Ethernet ports, which is great for adding wired devices on the other side of the house, or even connecting a networking switch to add even more ports. Simple and easy to set up, customizable light status, and high reliability are all in the box.

I have over 30 devices running off of two of these. "SOLID connectivity" I found these on sale but only hooked up two of them. They are both on the same level but handle plugs in the basement and outside with ease. You can use them without Alexa but with Alexa it offers voice control & diagnostics over your network which is a bonus. The app is good, setup is EASY and now I finally am getting what I am paying for with Spectrum. This week 230 down and 12 up. Zoom, WIFI calling, gaming, too many people on line it's all G2G. New WIFI 6 models are out but I went with these because of price and worries of backwards compatibility of my army of smart plugs and devices. Finally the salesperson at Best Buy was on another level, very helpful in going through all options available.

Before I thought this is just a hype. This new tech really works. My whole house is covered with just this one eero. I have wireless bgn for a long time and i get no better than 10mbps andlimitted wifi range and lost wifi signal. With Eero, my phones get 100mbps from the start and my laptop is ~30mbps. Whole house now have always on strong wifi. Even the backyard now gets wifi. Really very satisfied.

Had an issue with the one of my eeros that came defective after my initial purchase. And although I waited more than the 15 day stated on the return policy, Best Buy took great care of me. Additionally, once I had three working eeros, the setup was a piece of cake. Great Wi-Fi coverage!

I had to upgrade from my Apple Airport set up to a mesh set up due to all the devices in my home. I tried Netgear Nighthawk wifi 6 from Costco first and it was a nightmare to set up & had connectio issues. Read about Eero and was amazed how easy it was to set up. Never had any issues after that. The UI on the app is even more appealing than the Netgear app.

Was going to buy a wifi booster, but was given great advice in the store from a sales associate to look into upgrading my router. This setup was reasonably priced, was easy to set-up and best of all gave me the fastest internet short of the pentagon. I'm at a regular 460 mbps download and 23mbps upload speed. This speed is consistent throughout my entire house, out to the garage, and all the way back in the yard to my firepit. This device really rocks! Just saying....

Connected eero and instantly had stronger connections and expanded coverage; laptops now connect out on the deck, video calls can continue uninterrupted while wandering the whole house and yard. No more moving the ISP's wifi router around (including upstairs/downstairs) trying to get everything in the house connected, just reposition the eero. This product reproduces the signal everywhere instead of splitting or sharing it like extenders do. Genius.

The answer to my speed issues in a beautifully designed little white box! I have Spectrum Ultra high-speed internet as I work in cloud tech from home office. Couldn’t get optimal, stable and consistent speeds up and down. NOW I am firing on all cylinders!! Even outdoors!! VERY VERY happy!! And all complimented with the easiest set up and beautiful simple mobile App!! WELL DONE!!

So, I originally got the Eero Pro 6 because I wanted faster wifi with a longer reach because my room is all the way across the house from the router. It was great and all but it wasn’t delivering the speed I wanted for my new gaming system amongst other products. Because of that, I thought it would be best to get this 3 router system so that I will have more consistent coverage that reached a wider area. Well, they come in exactly 3 of the same exact router, but the third kept dropping and showing a red LED signifying that it lost connection. We tried to reboot it both manually and through the app, kept dropping. We disconnected and reconnected it physically and through the app, but no luck. At one point it completely turned off for about an hour. The other two worked great, but for the price I was disappointed yet again. Finally, I decided to give this system one more shot because I heard great things about Eero. I really did NOT want to return to Best Buy amidst a global pandemic, but I did anyway. I exchanged it for the same exact product, and to my delight, it has worked AMAZING!!! It has great, consistent, and quick connection. Since there are 3 of them, I was able to plug my work PC and my gaming system to each of the two ethernet plugs in the back and they work even FASTER!!! I want to clarify, the first router needs to be plugged in with an ethernet cord to either the router or wherever your internet connection will come from. But that leaves another ethernet port from the initial Eero hub, and then the other two eeros can be plugged into the wall wherever you have an outlet and from there they connect to the initial hub! So all in all, you have 5 available ethernet ports which is AMAZING!!!!!!!! Just make sure your whole system works and I guarantee you, THIS IS AN AMAZING PRODUCT! I have seen multiple other reviews with this problem of one not working, so if you come across this problem, just exchange it with the same exact product. DON’T FORGET TO KEEP THE RECEIPT!

This is the single hand greatest purchase I have ever made. I had AOL dual up speed internet even though I was paying for 30 Upload and 300 download speeds. I combined this with a Neathear Nighthawk modem 32x8 modem and I have not had any speeds lower than 30 up and 297 down. I love the speed and ability to surf the Internet. Eeros also gives you 30 days of Eeros Secure for free as a trail and you can renew for $29 per year or $49 per year for Secure +. The secure prevents children from going on adult sites and any pop ups or harmful malware. It is a effective antivirus that is amazing.

I had a very expensive netgear router that wouldn’t cover my whole home. But these little guys fix that problem.

When you go from a 7 year-old router to this system, world of difference. Stopped having “connectivity” issues because of multiple devices online. Was able to hardwire the back haul which seems to make it a bit more stable. Added a five port switch after the first node that was connected to the modem. Then hardwired in the two other nodes plus a desktop and docking station. Favorite part is the app, Easy to use, keeps it simple. Allows you to know what and who is connected and to which node. I like the QR code feature which allows your guests to easily connect to the guest network without having to deal with the password. I took a screenshot of the QR code and sent it to my teenagers which allows them to give their friends access. I did pay for a year subscription to eero secure which adds an “ad blocker “seems like it actually works. I’m sure there are other routers IT minded people will prefer, but at some point with all the things in the rest of your life that demands your time it’s nice to have something that is easy to set up and just works well.

I pay for a up to 200gbps plan. With this I'm getting between 95-135gbps. Everyone's using internet right now so that could go up after the virus is over. Javent had any connectivity problems and the app is really good. It has a speed check built in and you can see all the electronics connected. You can disconnect from certain ones of you want. Like if you want your kids offline at a certain time. There is a free one month security service that blocks pop ups and anything bad trying to access your devices. Seems to work really good Of you need faster speeds like gigablast I'd look at the higher end model or Orbi.

Total game changer. We had constant issues with service before buying this and random dead zones that were frustrating. This solved all of it. My speeds and stability have never been better. I’d also recommend buying the little holsters for the outlets. Buttons up everything nicely for a clean look.

Our home was built in the 70’s, with a lot of concrete block and a good size addition. After talking to Vegas, the extremely helpful sales guy at our local BB, he recommended this system. He said it would change your world. He was correct. I did testing of our system prior and after we installed it and I couldn’t believe the difference.

I purchased this item to replace an old ASUS wireless router. Getting this eero was primarily For full mesh coverage inside and around my house perimeter. I have well over 50 Wireless devices running. The grouping feature allows for easy identification using the eero app. I also have parental restrictions added for my kids which are easy grouped and can be activated or suspended with one click. I have an iPhone and the app is very easy to use with clean navigation. I am very satisfied with this product. My only issue is more a feature request. Currently there is no place to view live Data throughout Which I had on my old ASUS router. Other then that I really like this product.
