I had a problem with internet connections and streaming services. Losing my signal and excessive buffering. After talking to one of your personnel, he suggested the eero system. To this point, it has been everything he described. I’m extremely pleased with the product.

We love this mesh system. For coverage within our house, we had one upstairs and one downstairs. Having some buffering problems due to the COVID19 crisis and the entire 'hood working and schooling from home, we added a third and haven't had any issues since. It's super easy set-up and I'd highly recommend eero over other brands.

Thie worked great! It was easy to set up and we have not had an internet issue since! It has brought a strong signal to a part of the house that was an internet desert! The app makes it easy to add users and devices and to moniter the strength of the signal and the devices connection strength!

Excellent with connection, speed and control. Easy to use and provides global coverage.

These are perfect! We have Fioptics and did not want to rent the modem and router from them. So we only needed eero and we are all set in every room of our house! No issues, love being able to block Certain devices if needed. Husband works from home and 2 kids some gaming and steaming TV. Would recommend to anyone!

My internet provider delivers extremely spotty and slow wifi. Now I have smooth uninterrupted wifi! It was easy to setup; almost to easy. The only difficulty I ran into was getting my sonos play1s to connect. This was solved by setting the Eero router up as a bridge.

We have a granny flat about 40 ft from our house, and the wireless booster wasn't doing the job. With the great help from Best Buy associate, Noe, he helped me select this. It was amazingly simple and quick to set up- less than 30 minutes, and there's no more connection problems. Our smart TV stopped the annoying buffering too!

Bought this for my parents after I bought the 3 pack set for myself a month earlier and fell in love with it. I have a 2,000 sq foot home and the Internet Company issued router would not reach my televisions upstairs. The 3 piece set immediately fixed that. My parents were having a similar issue in their smaller home so we bought the single Router to add to their company issued one and it also immediately fixed their issue. They connected this to their modem/router and are strictly using it for smart devices, computers and their phones away from the living room (in their bedroom and office) and they are using the company issued router for their living room devices. The single router is giving them everything they need in extending the wifi to their bedroom. After installing the app, the setup is literally less than 5 minutes with the easy to follow, step by step instructions on the app. This is a no-brainer purchase for smaller homes looking to extend wifi. You can always add on to it if you need a 2nd or a 3rd one.

This is a review for the eero 6 system (3 pack). I have used several different eero systems in the past and even one installed by an ISP for a business (was free). I had 3 concerns when buying a mesh system and eero works well. 1. When power goes out and then restores, they boot up with ease and quickly 2. Moving through a house or office there is good wi-fi coverage and is consistent 3. Upgrading down the road - if I need to add more devices eero covers all three, but one item to mention. If you live in a house or building with concrete or thick walls.. you may have to get creative in placement of the devices or add another eero (single or more) for coverage. Maybe place them in hallways to cover rooms. There are other Mesh systems out there in this price range that work just as well and some that have faster backhaul.. The connection between each device. I really liked the eero because it works well and haven't had any issues. Make sure to update the firmware and reboot before you start really using them.

A standard Wi-Fi router was not enough to cover this nearly 4,000 sf home, a solution was needed. I visited a Best Buy Store and this product was introduced and explained to me. I purchased a basic cluster and it covered the spots not covered by the original single router. The router is removed from the system upon the set-up of the eero cluster. The key to making a purchase is your total square footage, the number of devices to be used and speed the devices require to run efficiently (gaming and movies). Once you know your needs, decision on purchasing your eero system is easy. Set-up of the system is one of the easiest and quick because of the manufacturer installation steps on the App. I believe I selected the best product for my needs!

This system nearly tripled my speed. They don't compete for attention wherever the are placed. The coverage is really good, and since I have all the time in the world right now, I spent a lot of time researching: The price is manageable for the payoff of speed and coverage. So, if Amazon owns it, why can't you get the app from their store? Beware of the "Amazon Wi-Fi Simple Setup" feature. Alexa gets cranky with it.

The gateway from my service provider wouldn't quite cover the house and we would have problems with the signal cutting out. The Eero product was very easy to set-up and what a difference. I placed each of the 3 strategically around the house and I now have solid coverage no matter where I go in the house, even outside!

So far so good. It was easy to set up (which is very important, because I don’t have the patience for different and/or complicated set ups) and so far so good I haven’t had any devices lose coverage (which was the problem I was having with my previous router).

The old system desperately need an upgrade and this performed as I had hoped. 2K sq ft home: 1 in basement, 1 in 1st fl LR, 1 in 2nd fl MBR. Paired this system with ARRIS SURFboard 16 and havent had a single glitch. App is pretty good. This is the easiest system I've ever setup.

This is a fantastic wifi mesh system for a large house. It is easy to install. You can get it up and running quickly. The wifi works great and it rarely has issues. The best part is it gets updated automatically and you can add on to it anytime you want. I highly recommend this wifi system.

I bought this product to upgrade a 7-year-old router. I was surprised at how easy it was to get this system up and running compared with the old router. This system is effective in pushing the signal through a solid concrete building designed to withstand a hurricane. This product is expensive, but it works well.

Like most of you, I was running a cable modem from my internet provider that was connected to a personal wireless router. My issue is that I have a small shop about 300ft from my home which is part man cave and auto shop. Unfortunately it was too far away to hold a reliable Wi-Fi signal- certainly not 5 gigahertz. After adding three eero edge boxes the situation changed in a huge way. All three boxes serve the house on three levels, including the shop. The shop now has streaming video and has a great gaming connection for COD, FORZA, MFS2020 and whatever else I have tried so far after more than a year. For you techies, my Wi-Fi router is plugged directly into one of the eero boxes which serves as the main signal for the other two Eero. My personal modem/router no longer broadcasts a signal. I disabled the Wi-Fi on the router- no SSID, no 2.4, no 5 gigahertz. I’m using CAT6 between the router and eero, and the eero broadcasts the SSID.

I have the Orbi, and bought 9 of these Eero for a family member’s very large home. With all wired back haul, the performance of the eero is impressive. Wireless to wireless is good, but if you really want speed, you’ll want the eero pro. The setup and the interface of the eero is best in class, period.

Love the fact that our wifi seems faster, and I really like being able to control individual device's access to the wifi....helps tremendously with making sure the kids are off their devices at a decent hour. Setup was easy, too.....5/5 Stars!!
