Before these, I had a regular router wired to the main modern/router, which seemed to be working ok but understandably spotty at times. I have not really noticed any improvement other than signal strength looking good, with still bufferings at times. Downloading/uploading speeds look good too.

I have purchased this due to the size of my home. I had to call tech support because on of the eero started to connect and disconnect from the network and after several hours having a tech over the phone, they didn’t get the issue resolved. They said that I need to get another eero because something is blocking the signal. I did, I get another and I still having the same issue. Now I have 2 useless eero. The main eero is connected at the living room. The one on the living room is amazing! I like this product but I would not buy another. Is too expensive to get something to work only 75%. If I would spend money I would like to receive 100% of my devices.

Eero's mesh system works spectacularly! No more dead zones in or around the house. Super strong and reliable wifi when streaming shows or surfing the net. Eero got it right!

Never new I needed a mesh until wasn’t able to use my internet upstairs. The expert told me about and it was a great investment

Excellent product resolve all the problem with my wi fi in my apartment. I recommend this product.

First thing - buy from a retailer that gives at least 30 day return window I've been experiencing issues with 2 of the 3 units starting on day 18 of ownership. The entire system was fine before then and have been in the same location since it was setup on day 1. One of the satellite nodes will just go off-line for no reason. You have to physically unplug it to restart because even the eero app can't connect to do it for you despite the gateway and other satellite being available. See pictures. The 2 satellites never go down at the same time so only 1 person in the household complains while the others say everything is fine. Mesh systems should "self-repair" since the main gateway and 1 satellite are available but this does not happen. Before eero I just worried about dead spots but could work around that. I cannot work around not knowing which eero unit will go down unexpectedly and having to run around the house to unplug a unit. There are no logs or error codes available to at least explain what the issue is. This is a big disappointment and waste of money since I passed the 15 day return window and would have returned this defective system before day 30.

Setup wasn’t easy peasy for me as they claim. I have a separate router for home security and Ethernet cable from a smart tv so I guess there were things that messed up install.

DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK !!!!! I've owned this for 4 months. The speed, performance, reliability, and stability are just not there. Multiple reboots every single day just to check emails. I just now reviewed the Software Update History (I'm only allowed to attach 6 photos) and nearly every single one of the updates from 1.0.2 all the way to 6.4.0 involve "Stability" and "Performance" improvements. How many updates do they need in order to get it right ???!!! DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK !!!!!

From day 1 I purchased this Eero and until installation, I got what I was expecting for my home wifi network. I get great reception and fast internet speed. I paired it with a Arris SB8200 DOCSIS 3.1/3.0 cable modem and my plan is currently up to 300mbps speed. Anywhere in the house and even outside when I do my lawn, I still get a good signal. It is really worth to invest with this device. I even bought an Eero Beacon just to get more coverage, but one is sufficient enough for an area of 1,500 sq, ft., but me I just wanted an extra where I get a full bar on my signal anywhere on your property. Easy to set-up once you install the app on your phone. One good thing also, you get to control the devices connected. Everything is under one roof with the Eero app plus you get automatic updates on your Eero device to keep it running smoothly. So far, I have no issue with this product since May 21, 2020.

Have been using this in a 1-level, 1700 sq ft home for a couple years now. Coverage is excellent, I can even get Wi-Fi mowing my small yard now. Speed is very good if you’re on a wired AP. The mesh wireless nodes do see a pretty significant drop in connection speed, but reliability is still very good. I think newer models have improved the mesh speeds. Occasionally I need to manually restart the system. The only way to do it via the app is one node at a time, so it takes a minute. It’s not very often and easy to do, even if you’re not on the local network. Setup is very simple, but the cons are that it’s not as flexible if you’re a more advanced home user. Additional tracking and monitoring features cost through a subscription. But it’s very usable without for a basic hold setup.

What a great product, I used to be a Nighthawk user until I got tired of the connection issues I've always had with Nighthawks, but I was informed by a very extremely helpful Best Buy employee who seemed real knowledgeable of the issues I was commonly having, and he recommended that I try the EERO 3 PACK mesh router , thank you Jesus this was the best router purchase for me ever, seamless set up connection, and easy to use app, im getting way less buffering , and my speeds are great even with 7 devices connected in my home ,great product, and it was 30.00 less than the last Nighthawk that I returned.

Great product for extending WiFi access throughout a 2100 sq ft, multi-level home! Extremely easy setup, love the app for tracking devices on the network.

This was a first-time purchase of the EERO brand router and I couldn't be more pleased. It works exactly as described and carries the Wi-Fi signal throughout my home. It is a tri-level with the main router downstairs, one on the ground level and one upstairs. No problems at all getting a strong signal and speed we need anywhere in the house. Will definitely purchase an EERO router in the future.
