Customers are saying

Customers are pleased with the ease of use, coverage, and setup of the Pro Mesh Wi-Fi 5 System. Many appreciate the improved range, performance, and signal strength, resulting in a better overall experience. However, some customers find the price to be expensive, and a few have noted that the units can get warm. While some buffering issues were reported previously, the system largely resolves these problems for most users.

I bought a set of these 3 Eeros as well as the comparable Linksys ones. These are super easy to setup and maintain. I get super fast wifi speeds all over my house which is about 3500 square feet. Auto updates and I don't have issues with devices not connecting.

    Terrific WiFi Set Up

I've only had this system for a couple of days, so can't speak to durability, but the rest is the best so far. Very easy to set up and get running. Supplies 3 bars full WiFi all over my house, about 3200 sq feet, ranch style, all on one floor. Main router unit is on one end, one in the middle, one on the far end. Speeds are higher than my ISP provided speed of 100 Mbps, about 119 up, 12 down at all locations. No dead spots. Areas where there was marginal WiFi before are full bars now, App used for set up, very easy to use. I am not a gamer, so can't speak to that, but do web research, emails, streaming of shows, etc. So far, all is terrific. Only downside is I had to reactive my older devices, about 12 of them, even tho I used the same SSID and password. I also have connected a Netgear 5 port ethernet switch to the Eero, no problem with that either. Also one tech support call before I got the unit was terrific, located in Texas, very pleasant rep who answered all my questions and answered the call quickly. Very satisfied so far.

Went from a single large router to the EERO all connected via ethernet, and the performance and reliability has been outstanding! coverage on a two story, 3600 sqft house is flawless, not a single deadspot. They auto update, notify when someone connects and always work. I highly recommend them..

The speed and stability is great. Compared to the cable company provided modem/router, the eero in combo with the Arris 3.1 is a world above.

Installed one month ago and couldn’t be happier! I was able to use my old network name and passcode so all of my devices linked up seamlessly. Has been exceptionally reliable and fast, I have 300mbs internet and usually operate at or above that speed. Highly recommend. Downside...can be expensive so wait for a sale.

Got this when we switched to FIOS as we had some dead spots in the house. This completely solved for them and makes use of our gigabit speed. Must get the pro version if you have gigabit internet, which is hard to determine when making the purchase. Works great and easy to use.

I bought this product a bit skeptically since I had already returned a different extender but was persuaded by the Best Buy in store rep that this would be very different, because of the way the 3 eeros work together. I am happy to say he was right and I am very happy with this purchase. Very easy to set up, just follow the app instructions. My kids had been complaining the wifi in the house was not consistent and this took care of the problem immediately. We right away noticed the increase in quality throughout the house. Another thing I noticed after installation is that the Alexa App can discover the eero as a smart home skill, which means if you have amazon dots in your house they will discover all the items connected to the wi-fi (through the eero system), and you can verbally give Alexa instructions to turn off certain items (if that is an option you want) from the wifi (like managing your kids usage, etc). You can also ask Alexa to find your laptop or phone if connected to the eero system (it will tell you near which eero it is at).

If you have a big home or a two story house, this is a must have. It was super easy to set up and has improved the range of the WiFi in my home. At first my upstairs was weak in the non central areas, but now either the eero I have full coverage in all rooms of my house, driveway, garage, and backyard. Can’t complain about that.

These instantly solved my WiFi issues by giving me much better coverage than my previous single-point router. The app makes it super easy to check on things and restart the router if needed. I'll never be able to go back to a non-mesh system again.

Whenever you try to set up new electronics something inevitably guess wrong and you end up getting stuck. This was not the case, it was really easy to get it up and running and I connected all me devices in less than 5 minutes. We had a variety of Apple, Samsung and windows products and they all just connected. The only glitch was the hard wired camera system, but that was easily fixed by changing the IP ADDRESS. I called customer service and the REP was here in the US. He knew his stuff and was very personable. He was not just reading a script. He was knowledgeable and quickly fixed the issue. He also told me his name and that he would be there for another hour if I had any other issues. It is great to be able to check what's going on over the internet. My last router was an issue from the day I plugged it in. This one was amazing. I highly recommend it. One of the reasons I chose this was that every sales guy and girl I talked to told me the same thing. That all had it themselves, the should showed me their interface and how well it works. They were right.

App doesn't work on my phone. I have a Samsung S10+ Android 9 installed and this app would not get past setting up network stage. It wasn't until I read a review that I realized I'd have to use an older phone (I used my childs S8+). Devs please update this app ASAP!!! Now for the mesh network itself. It's pretty awesome. My previous router just didn't provide the coverage needed and this system provides coverage throughout my entire home. Speeds from each eero router is great.

I had previously purcahsed a Linksys VELOP system that was nothing but trouble. Since switching over to EERO, I've had stable internet across my house (4000 sq ft) and have rarely had to restart the system (maybe once a month, and may not have "really" needed to do that). It just works and works well.

This mesh network is fabulous on many levels: 1. It is very easy to install 2. The iPhone software that is used to manage it is really good. 3. It absolutely works with very strong signals As a result, it has made my WiFi system (with 25 devices) at home work as it should with great response.
