Customers are saying

Customers are pleased with the ease of use, coverage, and setup of the Pro Mesh Wi-Fi 5 System. Many appreciate the improved range, performance, and signal strength, resulting in a better overall experience. However, some customers find the price to be expensive, and a few have noted that the units can get warm. While some buffering issues were reported previously, the system largely resolves these problems for most users.

Throw everything away you've bought in the past. These little pods are cool. Easy set up and blazing fast speed. 3400sq/ft home and every corner of it gets connection at top speed. Love it.

We bought the system to allow us wi fi access in our backyard, but also found it improved performance inside as well.

I have Google wifi and I bought this just to compare. It worked great but I did not see any significant difference to justify paying double for this compared to Google wifi. Performance was same for both. If you are deciding between the two then I would recommend Google wifi for half the price.

We had some wifi dead spots in our house, after getting the eero mesh the house is covered completely. With the required eero app I can see, control and name everything on my network. With the optional eero security for $3 per month (also offers security plus For $10 per month) I’m able to see threats and block many ads using phone, pad or computer. I had geek squad install but seemed very easy to install, each pod also offers one ethernet port if you would like to connect directly to the pod without using separate wifi. I would definitely buy this product again.

I changed out my Spectrum provided system with this Eero mesh system and could not be happier. Excellent coverage and speed with no need to reboot since I installed.

This has been the only router able to provide full coverage to a 4300 sq ft home. Very fast, no more black spots, etc. My family is extreme happy. Videos load very fast

I bought this product a little over a month ago and noticed my coverage to be better throughout my house. I’ve aslo realized faster speed compared to my previous Nighthawk router.

Low profile, easy setup, fast connection. I haven’t figured out if I can control which module my devices connect to; it is an automatic process. Most times, when I pull up on the driveway, my car and phone will connect to the closest one to the driveway, but when in the garage it won’t change to the stronger connection in the den. This sometimes results in a slower connection to the car. My phone automatically will reconnect to the better connection in the den, but the car doesn’t roll over to it. I don’t think this is a problem, just a positional thing with car, since it can’t move once in the garage, and still tends to hold on to that first link up it catches when I pull in off the street. Happy with this purchase!

I had an easy time with the app and initial set up but the 3rd one was difficult to sync with the others . The plug was lose and attempted to exchange the one for another in the store but the geek person said they are recommending an exchange of all three. This meant i had to disconnect the whole set up pack it and go exchange which was not a problem until the geek person I now met there exchanged the product base on the extended warranty I purchased. I asked him not to do this as I had only had the eero for a little over 2 weeks. He said they had a 14 exchange and since it was over 14 days I was lucky I had purchased the warranty other wise I would have to call the manufacturer and mail it to them. The most annoying was that I would have to pay for another warranty which was unacceptable to me and needless I opted to take it up with the manufacturer. Beware make sure you return or exchange before 14days other wise you are out of luck with Best Buy and you are stuck with the manufacturer

Reviewing this product after using it for almost 8 months. I always had buffer issues with my prior router even with a 1 Gig connection. Now this product has completed changed how i run 35 + devices on my network. All devices are seamlessly connected with no lag. Would highly recommend placement of Eero as It needs to be strategically placed and not to far away from one another. My house is 3200+ and works great with all 4 K, 1080 p or anyone video connections. More so with Covid-19 situation working from home and having many device connected makes all our life easy at home :) !

This is out performing my previous setup of router/extender by far. If you want a solid mesh network, this is the way. Cost is slightly higher, but the anesthetics is worth it.

Eero makes a product that "just works" and apparently doesn't start to fail the longer it's online. Most of the systems I've tried, and it's been a few now, both standalone and mesh systems, have tended to start slowing down and even failing to the point of needing to be rebooted on a regular basis after a period of time. Eeero's system has stayed rock steady. Even the devices in my house that tended to have slowness issues in general with the other devices I've bought seem to be working so much better now with the Eero devices in place. Highly recommended.

After moving to a 300 year old apartment in the middle of two universities in the city I soon realized that my phone would only get 1 bar or no signal and my provided ISP modem/router did not even cover the 800 sq ft (long) and no option to move locations. “Alright. Fine I’ll buy the best ASSIS router (and it will pay for itself over 16 months) that the ISP doesn’t even sell itself.” Still didn’t even get a solid 1 bar signal to the other side of apartment so still dropped constantly. Behold Eero. I bought a 3 pack which was able to deliver a reliable 25mb signal from the 175mb source. And with 5 I have perfect speed everywhere.

As they say you get what you pay for... In this case I received far greater than what I paid for this Mesh Network setup. It is amazing how many connected devises you have on your wifi at any one time. With this, the set up is easy, the connection is easy and most importantly you get the same speed wherever you go in your house. This IS NOT an extender, which really doesn't do much but makes your network into what they call a Mesh Network. It automatically knows what "channel" your devices should go to so it maintains the same speeds (in and out) through out the house. I like that it is expandable also. Simply plug in and connect. Great product.

Love the consistent strong signal strength I get now. I have had other systems and always had dead spots. This system was easy to set up and has so far been very good.
