Fantastic, so far working very well over cement walls and pillars, no crash or down signals as of yet. Extremely easy to install via phone app. Some issues with initial signal capturing

We had some family members move in for a long stay and needed to improve our wi-fi service throughout the house. The store employee was knowledgable and helpful with choosing the right product. The pro mesh wi-fi system was easy to set up and start using. It works great with many devices going at the same time. I would definitely buy it again and highly recommend it.

I bought the Eero system to replace a Linksys router with WiFi extender. I grew tired of frequent (at least once a month) crashes with Linksys, which required resetting the entire system ( and 30 minutes of my time with each episode). I have had the Eero system for about a month and I am very pleased. Reception is excellent throughout the house and even outside the house. The setup was very simple and the app is very user friendly. I highly recommend it.

We have been very pleased with our eero mesh system. We had been experiencing disconnects and excessive buffering with the modem and router that we previously used. Since we have installed the eero-Pro Mesh Wi-Fi 5 System, we have not experienced buffering or disconnects. We did require an additional unit for a total of 4 because of additional need in our basement. I would highly recommend the mesh system.

With the increasing WIFI usage at home for remote business meetings and academic distance learning and exams for my family members, we needed a stronger and reliable WIFI coverage. The Eero Pro Mesh installation and set-up was really easy and fast using the downloadable app. My working spouse, my college student and 2 high school students are now happy with the signal strength and coverage. Get rid of the extenders. Also, the portability of the beacons is a plus.

I was getting very poor internet service in my home. I have tried other solutions provided by my internet provider including extenders and their version of a network expander pods. I have 1gig speed so it was bothering me that I could not access web pages in part of the house that were not next to the main router. Since installing the EERO mesh network I am getting close to 1 gig speed in every corner of my house now. I would recommend these to anyone.

Fastest internet speeds I’ve had yet. Pushing 500mbs, never fails with multiple streaming devices playing, multiple gaming sessions going, and students in the complex. Plus 3 HD cameras 24/7. The added 2 Ethernet ports on each router is truly a game changer when it comes to connectivity. These things are not only insanely fast, but seriously smart as well. They also have eero security at added costs. FANTASTIC SPEED AND CONNECTION.

I was investigating WIFI extenders - invested in a few - didn't seem to help much. Read an article and it mentioned Mesh systems. Looked at BestBuy and found this. I haven't had anything work as well as this for whole-house coverage - including the garage and basement. Plugged into the modem after reboot, added additional systems and added all phones, iPads, computers and NAS. All worked great. All my systems connected with a 1GB WIFI connection

My home’s WiFi is now the fastest in town. This product exceeded my expectations. It performs as advertised. Very happy with my choice.

My xfinity modem and router couldn’t reach all around my house so I got this and I’ve seen drastic improvements in signal. This product paired with my xfinity modem (even though it occasionally drops), I think is a solid buy if you have a medium size house with 2 or more levels. Also I should mention that only if you have a lot of bandwidth and a lot of devices connected you should get the pro version, if not there’s always the smaller and cheaper versions.

Really surprised by the EERO system. Initially was hesitant to make the move, but the consistency in our internet speed at any place in our home was awesome. Getting rid of all the WiFi extenders we had (4-5) was great. Only reason for not giving 5 stars; -No manual controls over the system. It’s all app based, so you can’t type in your IP to access a “control portal” like you would with a typical WiFi network -Issues with certain devices; my ambient weather WS-2902 weather station won’t connect...have tried everything and it’s not happy with the eero system. It’s definitely not the device. Had a slight issue also with our RING doorbell system when we installed it but it finally connected somehow.

The system was easy to install and has been bulletproof since I put it in. The entire house now has internet! Happy wife happy life.

Works without a hitch! Best investment I made for internet yet! I just recently had over 25 family members at my house and everyone had at least 3 devices connected each and no lagging or overloading! Worked just as well as if it was just me and my kids and husband connected to it!! Worth the money and investment!! By the way my home is 3100 sq ft and every corner and nook was connected even in my front and back yard! No dropped WiFi at all!!

The are perfect the best .. expensive but they worst it . This is a most for small or big houses .

With 2 parents and 3 kids all needing internet access from home (thanks to the pandemic) we were often experiencing slow uploading/downloading to the internet and poor quality video (lots of zoom schooling going on here). It got to the point that something had to be done. I'm not too tech savvy but a friend is and he recommended eero. We have a 2200 sq foot home so got this version. Expensive, but 3 weeks later no slowdowns. It was also easy to install.

Great mesh WiFi! Love the eero features. Works well with netgate PfSense. Easy to set up as wel!

I originally came to the store in order to get the Google WiFi system as my current home router melted, causing a huge problem in my house where Fortnite didn't work, our Ecobee was down, etc... Basically the world came to an end. The salesman at Best Buy talked me into the Eero, and I'm glad he did! This has been the best wireless system that I've ever owned and it's performance has been flawless. I now have super strong signal throughout my whole house and it is AMAZING! Thanks!
