So i got it a Hundred off on sale and hoped it would do better than then the 5 google WiFi pucks I was Trying. So much better. It works so well. The signal here is just always strong enough for everyone everywhere. Period. Whole family happy. I wish there was a bit more functionality in the app but it’s really not needed. Great product.

The sales associate at Best Buy listened carefully to my needs and frustrations. He then recommended the eeros system as the solution to my issues at home. I have found this system to be THE MOST AMAZING system. It is so simple to install and to set up. It is everything and more as it relates to the wi-if system. I highly recommend it to the everyone I know.

I've tried numerous network extenders over the years, and this is the first system that actually does what I need. Setup was incredibly easy, even with my somewhat unique requirement that my existing routing be the main network hub due the a built-in MoCa bridge. The network now covers my entire house and yard easily with no drops. Fantastic product!!!

Netflix and Hulu were buffering on my TV continually with the use of my cable company. It was apparently the speed at which it was delivering content. Now with the Pro Mesh system, buffering has completely stopped. It's blazing fast! Easy set up, very easy! I know nothing about electronics and I did it in 10 min.

I have a long multi-story home and since the incoming cable from my isp was at one end...I never had complete wifi coverage at the other end of my home using a single "traditional" router. Even the ones with large multi-antenna arrays were hit or miss at the other end of the home, especially if not on the same floor as the router. A friend suggested I try a mesh system and after doing some research I decided on the EERO system. I mostly like that the system could use the existing ethernet cables in my home for the back-channel communication between EERO units/nodes. This frees up the wifi to handle only signals to and from my devices. Setup is pretty painless but it would be nice to have a network interface instead of just the app. I had an instance after installing the EERO where I had an issue with a voip adapter and the voip provider requested to check my router settings via internet but they could not since there is no network accessible interface like traditional routers. Turns out the issue was with the voip adapter and they sorted it out quickly. Overall the system has been working great for several weeks and I'm more than happy with the system.

Anyone having any issues with their internet/WiFi because of inferior service from service providers with sub par equipment this is what you need. Service providers routers are old technology and really don’t work. Sad part is they know it and have no other equipment. You must buy privately to get the router that’s needed now a days. This is simple to hook up and works flawlessly. I’ve had arguments for months about service and “customer service” from service provider has no clue about technology. This will answer all your problems. Also nice anytime someone hooks up to your WiFi you get an alert to your phone. I am now getting faster speed then I am even paying for. A mesh network communicates to your device and connects you to the nearest node for best signal. This all happens without a temporary loss of WiFi like range extenders etc do when they transfer from router to extender etc. These are your router. DO NOT BUY A ROUTER ALSO EVEN IF SALESPERSON RECOMMENDS YOU TO DO SO! This is the router. If you hook a router up with these your system will not work correctly. Again, plug and use after downloading the application. Simple and works flawlessly. Highly recommend!

Have 5 of these models to my house have no dead zones everybody says their Wi-Fi connection is full bars and awesome system

With having to work from home due to the pandemic, we were experiencing some serious WiFi issues with our standard Spectrum router. My husband couldn't use WiFi, we had to shut down a lot of the Alexas and every time I answered a call with my Bluetooth headset, I would get dropped from the network. Once I installed this system everything improved. I found it in stock at Best Buy near my home, ordered and did curb-side pickup. In only took a little while to install and one call to tech support because a screen didn't display expected response during install. The installation instructions were clear and even a bit humorous (to ease any angst experienced by the consumer). Everything is working better now that this Mesh system is in place. Even with multiple people online, Bluetooth going on two headsets, everything is working like a champ. This even resolved a remote printer link-up issue I've fought with for years when trying to print to a printer on a different floor of the house. The unit was a bit pricey, but seems well worth it now that I'm having fewer headaches.

EERO has solved our connectivity issues and allowed for easy management of content and screen time. The setup was fast and easy. The units are compact and occupy less space than our previous setup. I would recommend EERO, especially now with the added demands of virtual learning and working remote.

In our tri level house with the FIOS router in the lower level, WiFi coverage was spotty and slow except on the same level as the router. I read a lot of reviews, and though among the most expensive mesh network systems, the eero Pro seemed to be the best. If working from home, a reliable, fast internet connection is essential, so I sprung for this. Setup using the eero app was straightforward. It told us to move one of the units a bit until we established a good connection. The coverage and speed of the WiFi is dramatically better than before using Verizon's latest FIOS (gigabit) router. A week after I purchased it, Best Buy put it on sale, but they gladly issue a price match refund. Excellent service. Don't waste your time trying to do a mesh network on the cheap. Buy this and your frustration level will instantly drop.

A little pricey but works phenomenal would purchase again

Reason for purchase was the Comcast router was not being received on my smart refrigerator. Router was on same level (floor) but was not being received from its location. It was recommended to get the Pro Mesh WiFi to reach the refrigerator. I bought a 3 eeros set and PRESTO...it is now connected. Thanks Josh for the recommendation.

The signal is strong and I like the fact that you can see all the connections to devices from your app in your phone. If you have kids you can monitor and control their usage or access to the WiFi. Overall I would recommend this product although their are cheaper alternatives. You pay for quality.

Great product. Easy setup and great coverage. No regrets here.

Much faster speed throughout the house with 2 units Easy setup

I bought an eero after returning another system that was cheaper that didn’t perform as expected. I’ve had no issues or problems. Speeds are close to what I pay for from IP and it’s never gone “offline” like first system was doing all the time. Well worth the extra money. I say don’t bother with any other product, there’s a reason eero is rated highly.

I had a router system (2 routers) that continuously caused problems (poor connections, lost connections at various parts of the house. I work from home so that was problematic especially since my M-Cell for phone coverage depends on Wi-Fi. I now have consistent speed and connectivity throughout the house and don't lose calls.

This is the most amazing and state of the art router I have ever owned. Connections are exceptional throughout my home. All my devices connect and use effortlessly and it even detects the best position for best signal. So happy the service representative introduced me to this product and I recommend it highly.

Having a large house and backyard has always been an issue with receiving a good Wi Fi signal. That was before I purchased my Eero system. Easy set up, great technical support and it works better than I could have imagined. Love how it works with the app. I have never experienced a lost signal. Works great!! I would recommend this to everyone.
