I have been fighting my buffering in my large house for years. I just bought these and I LOVE LOVE them. Fixed the whole problem. I can't believe it took me so long to get these. Very easy to set up.

Had it installed by geek squad they did an awesome job. I went from the wireless router from cablevision to eero so I could install camera for the outside. I had a range expander before but I had to constantly switch 2ext 5ext this system is seamless

I am using EERO for about 10 months. I have no complain. It works perfectly great. Before EERO, I was not getting wifi signal from all of my house. Now, after EERO was installed, I am very happy. The installation is very simple....Absolutely Great Product.

Reliability - excellent. But I discovered two areas that all buyers should be aware of. 1. A “mesh” network means that every device NOT connected to a wired node will have half of the available wi-if speed. So your 100 meg WiFi service will deliver only 50 megs from non-wired nodes. I bought the eero Pro 3 node system, so 2 of those nodes only deliver half of available wi-if speed. 2. Security. There is NO admin password to see and make changes to settings. This means that anyone with access to the smart phone or tablet running the eero app can look at and change eero network names and passwords. This is an astonishing security hole. There is no web portal for configuring a eero system. This can only be done on a tablet or smart phone. The small screen on the phone makes it difficult to see, make and change configuration entries. So the eero configuration app resides on an iPad located on a kitchen counter accessible to anyone in the house. See item 2 above.

We are so please we bought the eero wifi system. We were using providers and getting less than 50 for speed. With new Modem and the eero we are getting 117 speed in every section of the house. If you own a big house I would highly recommend this product.

Excellent for larger homes. We added these to an existing ProMesh system, and they integrated flawlessly and gave us excellent coverage throughout the entire home.

We already had 3 of these eeros and added another 2 to cover gaps in our house. The wifi in our house has been rock solid with no issues. In our “smart” home we have 40+ connected devices including my car so this has been helpful in maximizing coverage.

We were having intermittent problems streaming and casting with our older router and access points. We installed the three point Eeros system and get great coverage and uninterrupted streaming in our 6,000 square foot, three story home.

The eero pro was very easy to set up and it does provide much better coverage and speed than the combination modem/router that was supplied to me by AT&T. The only tricky part was turning off the wireless signal from my AT&T router.

Great wifi router, finally found the router that fit in our situation where others can’t. Easy setup, great coverage and able to support a modern family. It is on the higher end of the $$$ scale

Excellent Wi-Fi coverage throughout house as advertised, reliable streaming and excellent cell phone voice over ip. We used the Geek Squad for set up and positioning, but the set up was very straightforward. Overall, highly satisfied.

Initially I thought it was expensive, but seeing the results, I realize is the best purcahse I could have made. It would have been more expensive to buy something else and then have to repalce it for something better.

The Eero mesh WiFi is the easiest consumer product to setup in terms of a mesh network. I have thick brick walls in my 1889 home. The Eros make it possible to have consistent WiFi coverage throughout the house.

I have only had the Eero Pro Mesh Wi-Fi Pods for 1 week but in that time, these Modules have far exceeded my original expectations! The ease of installation and operation is very smooth and trouble free.

I received excellent technical support from the Best Buy agent and decided to purchase the eero. I installed the eero which was easy. I did need eero phone support which was excellent. Highly recommend Best Buy and eero Pro WIFI.

We purchased the EERO Mesh system to increase the coverage for our WIFI since we went to PS VUE streaming instead of cable. This system has greatly increased our coverage without reducing the WIFI speed since it is a mesh system. Highly recommend.

I have abyssmal Wi-Fi at my house. I recently tried using power line adapters and that did indeed help. I went from about 5Mbps to about 10 with the adapters. However I recently bought a 4k TV and was told that to reliably stream 4k content I needed to be getting at least 20Mbps. The Geek Squad installers that installed my TV recommended the Eero system. I had the choice between a similar Google system and this one by Eero but the Eero sounded like it would work out for me better as their range is better than Google's and if you need customer service, with Eero you are speaking with people that only do Wi-Fi. If you call up Google for assistance you have to navigate your way to hopefully the correct person to help you. Also the Eero "pods" are about half the size of the Google pieces. Of course the Eero system costs quite a bit more than the Google one so choose the system that is right for you. The system comes with 3 small coaster sized pods that you place in different areas of your house to extend their range. After setting one up in an upstairs bedroom where our router is located, another in our master bedroom, also upstairs, and one in the living room , we were ready to go. The set up was pretty easy, just download the Eero app and then follow the prompts. The entire process took about 10 minutes. Since installing the Eero system I went from 10Mbps to 50-60Mbps. Seems to work pretty well to me.
