I will never buy a router from anyone else!!! Worked perfectly until comcast went down - storm - when they were back the router & modem weren't talking so I tried calling Best Buy Geek Squad or just service - waited WAY too ;long for nothing so I called eero customer service THEY WERE PERFECT!! System runs and they explained (to a computer knucklehead) exactly what happened, how they fixed it and how I can d fix it in the future or "feel free to call us ANY time"!! EERO IS THE BEST!!!

The 3 Eero pros work great, one is connceted to the Modem via ethernet and you can connect the others via ethernet or wifi. The signal is strong inside and outside all over the half acre lot.

Had terrible coverage and these guys solved the dead spots in my house

It is very easy to install. I did not have any issues. I love the fact that each EERO has a Ethernet port so I can direct connect also at each node. Works extremely well. Nice and compact.

I was reluctant to spend this much, but at least the three pack was a better buy and I do have three stories. And the Best Buy guy said he likes to sell Eero because they don't get returns on them. And I can see why. It just works. I did have a zone I was concerned about and bought the extender. But when I was asking about the extender, I brought up the app and it looks like the camera that was struggling with a poor signal now has a great signal. So I'm not sure I needed the extender. Eero does seem to get smarter as I have it and more transparent. It's a pain though to change to another vendor for WiFi, no matter who it is, so it's nice that once I got through reconnecting all my stuff, the network is pretty transparent. The app is well-thought out, too.

I have used these units for many homes and clients, they are the best product for a simple setup and easy to use. Other similar products do not offer the same features as the EERO system, such as non-daisychained mesh capabilities.

I work from home and was constantly fighting to keep my internet up an running. My house was full of dead wifi spots as well as areas that seemed to come and go. The Eero Pro mesh has created a stable and fast WiFi network.

Opened the box. Downloaded the App. Plugged in, and followed directions on the App. That easy. Lived up to its promise. Best Buy ordering and delivery was flawless too. Whole process was painless.

I have used many other systems before and this Eero Mesh system is the best there is out there today, compared to many other routers. Consider going with a mesh system for uninterrupted performance in your home or business.

Easy setup, works great! I do wish it had a USB input, but I will just have to access our pics and movies/videos through a separate server instead. I couldn’t be happier, otherwise.

I bought the 3 pack, used 2 in my home and 1 at my office. Works great so far, I also love the app since I can control access to any devices connected to either location, even remotely.

It was easy to install, the app works well. And it's a darn fortune to buy. I don't know what else is out there, and this was the highest recommended by BestBuy staff. It was the same price as the net gear, but more positive reviews. It occasionally pops out at far reaches of the house, but only intermittently and only when streaming video.

This is a fantastic, very easy to setup wireless router that likely blows the pants off of the router built in to your cable modem or whatever old wifi router you've been using for a decade.

These are not WiFi repeaters it is a mesh system.Much better than the ones you get from AT&T. Most of the systems you see are repeaters.So far the mesh system out performs repeaters 10 fold.

Had this Pro Mesh 5 set for a couple years and it's the best mesh network I've run. Very consistent and user friendly to manage through the app. Highly recommended.

Fully and completely recommend this product. I replaced a high-end gaming router with the eero and have not looked back. Easy setup, flawless Wi-Fi, and the support from eero is amazing. Real people actually answer the phone!

Had a vexing problem with previous modems not reaching all parts of house . Now , can go anywhere in house , upstairs or downstairs with full coverage . No dead spots . Great product !

i have been using this for my home for the last 20 months or so. no problems, easy set up, i can't say adequately how happy i am with eero. i do not miss the spotty coverage i endured
