Customers are saying

Customers are pleased with the ease of use, coverage, and setup of the Pro Mesh Wi-Fi 5 System. Many appreciate the improved range, performance, and signal strength, resulting in a better overall experience. However, some customers find the price to be expensive, and a few have noted that the units can get warm. While some buffering issues were reported previously, the system largely resolves these problems for most users.

If you need to get internet into your metal building and have a window, you can set a pod on the window sill. Regular router wouldn't penetrate thru the walls and extender didn't do it. Eero did it.

Do not hesitate this system is so easy to set up and fixed all the low signal areas in our two family all brick building. Super fast internet everywhere and in the backyard.

Works great. It fixed all of the network issues we were having with a nighthawk router (freezing and crashing of things on the network). Easy setup and nice app as well.

Excellent WiFi unit. In my home with regular WiFi was difficult to get service in certain areas but this unit provides service throughout. Also very easy setup and controlled on an app. Great purchase

We had dead spots in the wifi at our home. The Eero mesh network was the solution. We now have full signal strength in all locations. Setup was easy. Not inexpensive but worth the price.

Very safe and reliable router. Will be exchanging for the other eero router since Comcast was unable to provide the gig speeds they promised so no need to have the eero pro.

This was a huge improvement over the cable company-supplied system. We finally have decent coverage throughout the house, and can have multiple devices running at once with no slow down.

This network system installed in under 10 minutes. Very easy to manage and great WiFi throughout my 4000 sf home. Each Eero has 2 network jacks on the back so you can hook up network devices throughout the home.

This is perfect. Works really well. I did expected it to have more range from what everyone claimed from it. With that said it does a great job for my 3 level home. Might get another to expand more.

My Wi-Fi experience has improved overall. Much better Zoom meetings for working at home and less dead spots throughout the house. I had upgraded to a more expensive router, but still was not having the best Zoom experience, so bit the bullet and purchased eero. It is quite expensive, maybe a bit overpriced, but I can tell the difference. Could improve just a bit on streaming. My streaming experience is better than before but not perfect for such an expensive system. But I am pleased overall.

Used this with a Netgear 32 x 8 voice cable modem to get better coverage in all rooms of my house. Has some dead spots upstairs and this system has solved all my wifi problems.

Units covered 2600 sq ft house and garage 120’ away with no issues. Tried standard EERO first and returned it after finding it has poor coverage. Was pricy, but works well.

We have this system in our primary residence so when we bought a weekend home, we added these as well. They are simple to install and we don’t worry about internet overloads.

I purchased the Eero mesh wifi system along with a few other options(Google Wifi and Velop) for comparison sake against an existing Orbi system. I was okay with the Orbi set up until I had connectivity issues with the one satellite and had very frequent issues with connections that wouldn’t drop but would crawl another speed test showed over 300 Mbps. Back to the Eero, this was the first replacement device I tested out. Set up was really quick and painless, the app was nice and connecting the satellite to base was very quick. I did a speed test to compare against the Orbi I was replacing and saw no real degradation in speed. All was fine for maybe 3-4 hours until the reoccurring problem came back and internet was back to crawling. I liked the design of the Eero stations much better than the Orbi or the Velop and they were pretty similar to the Google Wifi. I ended up going with the Google mesh system, not sure what it was that was different with that mesh system but I havent had any issues with it since so I did go with that set up.
