It is rare for me to write a review but this product deserves it. Live in a big house about 100 feet from the cable modem to the other end of the house. Even with extenders wifi at best was slow if even available. In the room with the router wifi was slow. Now my wifi works at a slow speed of 35 Mbps but usually is over 50. Easy to set up. Only drawback expensive but you do get what you pay for.

have not had any down time, it goes through a cement wall. our new software is cloud base and response time anywhere you are in the building is excellent.

After using multiple wifi extenders in my ranch house with dead zones and erratic performance I purchased the 3 pack. Installation was simple and quick after downloading app to phone & Ipad. The dead zones have disappeared and wifi is strong and consistent in any location. Only odd glitch is IPad says there is no WiFi in some apps but they work on wifi anyway. Both phone,iPad,etc all indicate there is strong wifi signal so this is a ongoing mystery. While expensive overall purchase has saved us much frustration endured with range extenders.

I bought the eero and the Nighthawk - the Nighthawk was much less expensive and when my installer came he said to return the eero and use the less expensive. He said it would work for a larger home, but I didn't need it.

I would recommend this product if you have trouble with the delivered WiFi routers from cable providers or if you just want to boost the stability of your wifi. Since we hooked this up we haven’t had a problem since.

In my experience, it is rare to find a product that lives up to its billing; this one does. The three unit system provides a strong, reliable wi-fi signal throughout our 3500 square foot single-story home, both indoors and out. While unit placement is key and some devices have some difficulty latching on to the stronger of the three signals, we eventually found an arrangement that makes the transition virtually seamless. The strength of the wi-fi signal does interfere with RF transmissions so, if you have an RF-based audio system as we do, you will be faced with the prospect of replacing it as well. For this reason, I have graded the eero 4/5. Easy to install, fantastic connection, expandable, and reliable, eero was the right home wi-fi solution for us.

I was looking for something to help nosy the signal in my home. The house is old and there were many dead zones where I could not receive wifi signals. A sales person from the Geek Squad listened to my issues and said that he thought eero would the soloution to my issues. He was right! There is now a consistent signal all through my house, with no drop off of frequency. The set-up was easy and I like being able to monitor upload and download speeds. Best technology buy I have ever made. Well worth the price.

Installed this product where several other wifi solutions failed. Multi-story building with oddly shaped rooms, separated by concrete columns and walls makes for difficult wifi coverage; neighbors above, below, and to the sides all maxed their signal transmissions, adding heavy RF interference on both 2.4 and 5 GHz spectrums from on all sides. eero conquered it all, and mobile app made it easy to verify pods were installed where they would do the most good. Love the results--reliable, fast wifi throughout!

After the switch from my high price octopus or spider wireless router, I don't think I hear anything about the wi-fi anymore. Seems like the wi-fi is build in. Any spot within my house now with wi-fi coverage.

For 9 years we never had internet throughout our home or by the pool. We own 3 other systems and none could carry the signal. Very frustrating. But Eeros solved it all. With 4 Eeros we now have internet everywhere and with a very good speed. We have it by the pool and to out buildings. This is an amazing product for large properties and properties with brick walls that block signals with other systems. Also service by phone with Eeros is an American speaking representative and they are helpful too.

We recently moved into a new home in the Atlanta area. In visiting a local store to purchase another item, I was offered a free in-home audit of our technology needs. Not really thinking that the representative would have much to offer us, I agreed to the visit just out of curiosity. The visit was awesome and the representative so very knowledgeable. Just before his scheduled visit, I began having some minor problems with our Xfinity wifi connectivity. The rep explained that Comcast has excellent internet service but doesn't always offer the best router options. He showed us information regarding a different system which was actually a new product they were offering. The system gives you extenders that interact with the router and each other and can be placed in various other locations throughout the house as needed. There is an option to add to the system as needed if holes are found in other areas of the home. We decided to go for it and purchased the new router system with two extenders. It is absolutely awesome. Works fantastically with no problems. It was even possible to set the new router up using the existing network name and password so that all my connected tech products still worked seamlessly. Love technology when it works. Purchasing this new system also helps put us in a good place for adding additional home option devices that the Best Buy rep recommended. There are many more possible purchases in the future. Would MOST HIGHLY recommend this system.

I live in an area with poor cell phone reception, so I am forced to use wifi calling, and our house is large enough to have dead zones because 1 router cannot reach all areas. That is something we were willing to deal with, but now my wife will be working from home and we needed more consistent coverage for phones and laptops. This has been a problem solver! We have consistent coverage in all parts of the house running 100-130mbps. Easy set up, and very functional app. Worth the money.

Had been using an ASUS workhorse for a while but recently moved into an older house with plaster walls that is wider than previous house. The ASUS was working fine in the center of the basement but the top floor and some parts of the backyard/patio just could never get reliable coverage. With the wife working from home in a second floor office, it just wasn't reliable enough connection as well. The eero was SO easy to set-up. I was quite shocked honestly. I ended up buying a 4th one because of the Black Friday sales to really ensure solid backyard/patio coverage (we all use our phones everywhere now). Have zero dead zones now. Only ding from the 5th star is the price. It's just a little out of reach for most consumers.

This is by far the BEST idea ever! Before I got the eeros system I was getting speed test results between 1.27 download .23 upload to 9. 38/.97.. After installing the eeros which was ridiculously easy to do I am getting a minimum of 72.50/6.80 and I am paying for 60/5!!! Get this! You will not be sorry and it works everywhere in your house!! If you are in an apartment you only need one if in a single floor home get two and if your house is really big get the three pack! You won't be sorry!

Extremely fast setup and no connection issues ever since. full coverage everywhere I go around the house. Our WiFi has become an non-issue with no set up at all compared to previous NightHawk. Amazing.

Was having dead spots in my 2 story house. Read some reviews about eero and was interested. I now have Wi-Fi throughout my 2 story house, back deck and yard and detached garage. Very happy with system.

I have spent 8 hours installing a wifi extender on my all-Apple computer system, with nothing but trouble and spotty coverage. But Eero mesh wifi was up and running a few minutes after plugging the devices in, through an app I installed on my phone. Best coverage we've EVER had, with the router in my exterior office and coverage needed all over my adjacent home. An over-the-air update two weeks later doubled download speeds. It's the best wifi system ever and totally worth the price.

Love, love, love eero. For years we have been battling poor internet and wi-fi reception, and then along came eero and I started my happy dance. This little device is so simple to install and so incredibly powerful, I just don't believe it! Nice looking, too! This is the best purchase I have made in quite awhile. Love the people who came up with such a sweet invention. I can't stop telling people about how great eero is.....just buy it and see for yourself, it's worth every penny.

This is the Gen 1 system, setup was easy, but Eero is very sensitive to distance and signal strength. Quality of the signal is great, but need many nodes to keep signal strength high.

Eliminated all dead spots in my house. Easiest product I have ever installed. Absolutely love it's performance
