We tried several wireless routers for our 5500 SQ FT house, but we always had dead/week spots. No more week signals with Eero. Highly recommended if you need to cover large space.

This is great router. I am using it for over two months now and never had ti restart the router. It restarts it self (if its slow down). Always getting maximum speed all the time.

Looking to move away from an unreliable home WiFi network, I began reviewing all the mesh offerings. A few months back, a friend installed eero and I was impressed. I have installed my own and can say I am even more impressed. Easy installation, and reliable. The phone app is great and gives you complete control over the network wherever you are.

We needed to replace our old WiFi and wanted something that would cover our property and we wanted something simple to setup after reading All the reviews we decided to try the eero.We plugged in the master and it found our signal and plugged in the repeaters and it was done and up and running and we just use our cell phone for the setup. It has been 3 months since we purchased it and not any problems. Excellent product!

I had an expensive router which just couldn’t reach the further rooms. Any kind of boosting or second router solutions were not effective. This mesh system works fantastic!

Awesome whole house coverage
with this system. Easy set-up with my iPhone. Each unit provides 5G wifi with direct line of site or 2.4G and signal Will go through most walls, 40 feet range per satellite confirmed to enable streaming anywhere in your home. There are 3 packages to choose from. I opted for the 3 unit. Pricey, but well worth it.

I use the 3 pack for my 4000 sq ft, 2 story house and I have no dead spots whatsoever. Speeds are incredible. I have 2 other wi-fi connections throughout the house (2.4 GHz and a 5 GHz) which do not go through the Eero routers and the Eero system outperforms them constantly.
I would recommend checking each one ever so often to verify the light is blue instead of red on each unit which indicates they are working properly.

I bought the pack with two extenders. I only needed one. No more restarting that darn repeater. I have wifi all over whenever I need it! Should have done this years ago.

I purchased these after trying several different range extenders that never worked as expected. The last range extender I had required me to use one SSID for it and another for the main Comcast router and my iPhone would not smoothly switch from one to the other as I moved around my home. With these, all three use the same SSID and the phone automatically switches to the one with the strongest signal. The price is high but well worth it. Thinking about purchasing one more so I can hard-wire one to my older Sony TV that doesn't have wireless capability. The three I purchased cover my 3200sqft two level home with zero dead spots. I can now use Netflix on a TV on the other side of my house from the main router with no issues at all.

I’ve battled with terrible wifi at home for almost three years. I’ve purchased several different solutions to cover my 2800 sq.ft home to no avail. The Eero system is a lifesaver. It even reaches to my bonus room above the garage with full bars. It’s a little pricey, but the price doesn’t matter now that I’ve been using it for a month or so. Works like a dream and super easy to set up. Love my Eero.

Watching the performance of this product. It has seemingly increased the range at my house but I have seen a few times where the internet has been slow or ceased working altogether. I've yet to determine if it was the fault of the router or my provider.

I have a duplexdown and had issues with my Wi-Fi getting signal across the house and floors. This was easy to setup (plug-and-play) and worked really good.

Owned this for a week before returning it.
Day 1: setup was a little troublesome and took over two hours; the satellite failed setup, and I had to do a hard reset of the unit. After successfully completing setup, connection was much faster and stronger than before. Previous router was Nighthawk AC1900 RC7000. I use Apple HomeKit-enabled lightswitches, a doorbell cam, and smart doorlocks throughout my house, and all worked much faster with the eero.
Days 2-7: Both my friend and I began experiencing internet connectivity issues on our MacBook Pro laptops (resolving host on Safari and Chrome, and just no internet connection at all for Mail, etc.). This could only be fixed by disconnecting and reconnecting to the network, and occasionally logging in and out of our computers. Our phones continued to work uninterrupted. Made sure the eero firmware and macOS was updated on the MBPs. After a week of unstable connections no matter where I was in the house, I read several anecdotes online of other macOS users experiencing similar issues with their eeros and decided to return it. I suspect that this issue will be fixed at some point (it's specific to our MBPs), but I don't have time to deal with this.
Conclusion: Replaced the eero with an Orbi two-pack. Installed the orbi units in the exact same location as the eeros. Have had it for two weeks with no issues.

Consistent WiFi, Good Coverage

The WiFi coverage is good. I have three Eeros in my house, which is 3500 sq/ft. I no longer have any dead spots. My connection is speedy, and not flaky like with my old router.
I did have an issue at first: when I used a mobile device (phone or tablet), and moved around my house, my device would remain connected to the router I initially connected to. Since I was still connected to a router on the other side of the house, WiFi would not work at all. I would have to disconnect and then reconnect in order to have usable WiFi again. However, Eero released an update recently that has seemed to fix this issue. My devices now switch to the closest router as I move around the house.
Also, Eero charges a subscription fee for virus protection and parental controls, which is pretty lame. Some mesh router systems include those features out of the box.

This WiFi system is a significant upgrade from my Linksys router and WiFi extender solution I had for the past few years. I originally thought this Eero system was a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. The setup was easy, I have a strong signal throughout our home and the features exceed my expectations. I know who is on my network and I can restrict access to anyone at any time very easily.

Great product and great coverage. Very easy to install and setup with advanced controls for WiFi gear heads like myself. Huge props to their customer service team. One of them satellites was DOA. Called and had a replacement expedited out to me with an RMA label within 48 hours. The replacement worked like a charm. Quality customer service and ownership are what get and keep my business.

This product was a breeze to setup, the iOS/android app is very intuitive. I have 3 placed throughout my home and coverage is widespread and provides fast speeds. The app allows easy setup of a guest network so that your guests can connect to a separate network removing access to your in-home devices, networks, systems.
I'd highly recommend this product to anyone with a mid-size/large home.

Just plug them in, fill out a few pieces of information on the cell phone app, and it sets itself up automatically. A 5 year old could do it! Fast whole house (3,000 square feet) coverage! It also auto updates and has a cell phone app for remote operation and observation. Best router I ever purchased, and it was highly recommended personally by over a half dozen Best Buy employees!
