My spouse and I have postponed the purchase of a new television and sound system until OLED/QLED and home theater audio technology had matured in quality and reduced in price enough to warrant taking the not inexpensive plunge. As sometimes happens, upgrade planning expanded to include doing everything we could think of to achieve having a seamless experience whether streaming video, gaming or conducting internet-based research. With that in mind, we decided to contact Best Buy to purchase our equipment and to have a Geek Squad assessment of our systems so we could develop equipment and networking recommendations. Jonathon, the Geek Squad Technician took several hours surveying our network, television and audio components and discussing price vs. performance options so we could identify specific recommendations for the upgrade. Speaking of seamless, he then developed a components list (including HDMI cables, an 8 port ethernet switch and component mounting brackets) based on our preferences. He then walked us through ordering additional support services to complete the package. A few weeks later, Adam and Albert, our Geek Squad Field Installers arrived and worked with us to connect, activate and sync every component to achieve a synergistic whole. Beyond that, they exhibited technical mastery as they patiently answered our questions and offered operating tips to keep everything running to perfection. Honestly, we could have done the work ourselves. It would have taken weeks longer and no doubt been fraught with worry and second guessing. I unreservedly recommend going to Best Buy to purchase your electronic equipment and to access Geek Squad Services to achieve your most satisfying electronic equipment fantasy.

** TOP TOP Product ** I have used this product for about a month and let me tell you, you will not be disappointed. it's the best option on a wireless mesh technology for your gigabyte internet speeds. So, I did not realize this but this product packs 8500 sq-ft of network coverage on my 2300 sq-ft house but that's OK since my house sits on a 10,000 sq-ft lot. What's weird is I can connect to my wireless network down from down the street. So the setup was super easy and smooth using the app. Just start with your main router pod it will indicate the best location and then following the other router pods. Also, I love the app features, advance tools, and my best part is you can rename, monitor, and or block any device using the app. All (3) routers update automatically and did I monitored is super secure network with great encryption password. I almost forgot to mentioned it's provides a tri-band network.

An Amazon product, out of stock on amazon but available for a quick pickup at local Best Buy and this was indeed a best buy. Was having lot of issues and slowness with my Motorola Modem/Router combo device. I have a 200 Mbps Xfinity plan but was getting only 40 Mbps on 2.4Ghz frequency. Speed was normal on 5Ghz but several smart devices do not support 5Ghz yet and I have around 15 of those. Ring doorbell 2 is one of them and was unusable most of the times. Came across this Wifi6 router from Amazon and thought of giving it a try. Initial setup was super easy but was experiencing connection drops. One star less for this experience as I wanted to use this in NAT mode. Then enabled Bridge mode on the Modem to turn off it's routing function. Connected the Eero pro 6 router on the LAN port of the modem to move the routing function entirely to it. This worked really well and stabilized the connection. Activity monitoring was my other main purchase criteria to isolate bandwidth hogging device on the network. Good to have the Eero Secure protection built into the device. Overall I'm satisfied with the purchase and will recommend it.

I switched from a Netgear modem and router combo (C7800) to this eero Pro 6 system. I wanted to easier identify where issue I had was. Having modem separate from the router helps. Setup was extremely easy. The app is also easy to use. I do not like the trial for the eero Secure. For how expensive this system was, it should have been included. I do like that you can do speedtest directly with in the mobile app. Coverage is great now at my house, getting full signal everywhere. Granted, I don't live on a huge ranch or anything, but I no longer get disconnects when I'm in the garage or driveway.

I've owned the 1st and 2nd generation of Eero Pro units. This is leaps and bounds of it's predecessor. In my current apartment, I've used the 2nd gen Eero Pro. I was using 2 of the units to cover the entire apartment and balcony. After the announcement and the Pro 6 with gigabit speeds, I decided to try it out. I have At&t Fiber and average 930mbps download and upload speeds hardlined. The 2nd gen Eero Pro would get me 400mbps download and 300mbps upload average. With the new Eero Pro 6, I now average 650 download and 500 upload wirelessly. Although it's not gigabit speeds, it's still a big improvement from the previous generation. I work from home full time and attend daily Zoom meetings. I used to hardline my 2019 MacBook Pro to secure a solid connection with Zoom meetings, but now I have everything wireless, and have never encountered any issues with any of my wireless units. • (9) Sonos speakers • (2) Apple TV 4Ks • (1) PS5 • (2) Dyson WiFI Air Purifiers • (2) MacBooks • (2) iPhones • (2) iPads • (2) Apple Watches No issues on any of the wireless tech in my house. Perfect system. All with (1) Eero Pro 6. At $200+, it seems pricey, but I assure you it's worth every dollar. Heaps of features in the Eero app, and it really is one of those "set it, and forget it" type deals.

This is a great router. It has a very strong signal and wide coverage area. Easy to setup and add or remove extenders or connected devices. Would definitely suggest this to others.

The eero Pro 6 provides us with blazingly fast wi-fi almost everywhere and very fast wi-fi elsewhere. Set up is straightforward and I chose to hook up each of the eero hubs to the ethernet for the best possible performance. I finally got tired of the poor wi-fi coverage in my house and, after a bit of research, chose to upgrade to the eero Pro 6. It is quite pricey but the results are excellent and I am pleased to have spent the money on this huge life improving, yes, life improving benefit - like nearly everyone we depend on the internet for both work and play these days.

So easy to set up! The system works great for setting up times for your kids WIFI to end and start. Also, excellent filters. EERO has changed our home WIFI for the better. We have no dead spots now and the speed is maximized. Well worth the extra $$$. Also very pleased with EERO's customer service. I had a few questions before purchase and after and they were great. Highly recommend this product. Our home is about 2000 square feet and an older home. This system also easily reach devices in our yard. Amazing! Finally it works well with ALEXA and amazon devices.

Our property is mostly one story and long. We had a few dead zones in our main house. We also have an in-law unit in the back. And with everyone working/schooling from home, our network wasn't so smooth. Setup was super easy and our network issues have been resolved. Photo shows placement of our three routers. I'm enjoying the trial eero Secure with Content Filters for my kids, will need to decide if I want to continue this... at $2.99 a month, seems worth the peace of mind. So far, very happy with our decision.

Great mesh network. Updated due to many devices on the network and a need for faster 1 GB service with ability to hard wire laptop when needed. The only issue was it took the Geek squad 4 hours to install the upgrade from a similar older product. Can’t imagine if I had to do that myself. They are experts. Not sure what the issue was. Love the mesh system once it was installed.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase , I am able to get most out of the internet speeds I am paying for . I see download speeds of 900 mbps on my router speed tests even though most of my devices cap at 580 mbps. There are few bugs with smart switches or devices not being able to connect to 2.4Ghz channel , I am pretty sure eero will fix them with firmware updates . I use my secondary Apple router hardwired into eero for my smart devices anyway. For now , I do not have bigger complaints . It’s a little expensive compared to Netgear Orbi for AX4200 rated router. Hence, I would expect a better performance not SAME.

I replaced my eero pro Tri band router with an Eero Pro 6 (keeping my other three AC Pro routers (2 connected with Ethernet back haul and one wireless in the garage). Overall speeds increased with the Pro 6 handling all of the Ethernet and wireless traffic. This is an excellent choice if you have more than 15-20 devices on your network AND cable/ fiber . The only caveat is that I had to hard reset it twice in the past month. It is not as Stable as my eero Pro AC Tri Band that it displace. Also, unlike the AC version the Pro 6 is awaiting Apple HomeKit certification

I needed extended Wi-Fi coverage in my garage. I plugged this in, joined it to my Eero account and within a couple of minutes from start to finish had excellent coverage in the new area.

The setup was very easy and quick. Before the Internet in the house was good but my provider router was not enough to cover the entire house. Now have signal everywhere, even on the back yard. Now I can hear my amazon music while mowing the grass...

Am tickled with the upgrade to Pro 6 from the previous EERO, which didn't seem to carry enough band with and distance. Have a 2500+ sq ft home and it covers it all!

I purchased these to make sure I have whole house wifi coverage. They are very easy to install and coverage is great. My wifi speeds are very good in my opinion.

Very easy to set up. Was able to keep our same network name and password which was great because we have so many devises. Still had to reconnect the Ring cameras, but that was easy enough to do. Did have to buy an unmanaged switch because I needed extra ports to plug in some of my smart hubs like Phillips Hue and Smartthings.

Easy to set up and configure, all my wireless devices are now connected with no issues, and bandwidth is plentiful. Well worth the purchase price. I have over 50 wireless devices in my smart home. My previous router wasn’t getting the job done. Eero has been awesome.

The eero Pro 6 AX4200 Tri-BankWi-Fi (3 pack) was an affordable and effected way to increase my Wi-Fi signal throughout my home and yard. Was easy to set up and the app for the eero Pro is user friendly. Very happy at this point and the equipment is very sleek.
