So I've only kept Google routers up until now. I picked up the Eero on a recommendation from a friend. It's got an easy set up that rivals the Google router, and its got the speeds and range of a Netgear. Its a mesh router, but we havent needed any satellites. The one covers our 2400 sqft house from the basement. The tools it comes with helped me pinpoint interference when we moved to a house with a garage. It tells you the traffic and interference of each band (2.4, 5 and 6GHz). While i don't have any devices that only use 2.4Ghz, but its got a mode to account for that.

Solid Router. I used it to mesh with my primary Eero Pro 7 core router and it was very easy to add it to my network. It would be good as a standalone but I added the expansion I was looking for. The only negative, and it applies to all Eero Routers is the only way to access them is with a Mobile App. There is no Windows Desktop App.

These are so easy to set up in the Eero app. You can even quickly make a guest network and display a QR code to let visitors log into it. If you still have a computer or camera that only works on 2G though, the WiFi 6 systems won’t work for you because they blend the bandwidth together. My advice is get new equipment and enjoy the speed and range of this device. For IT pros, this Eero even supports bridge mode.

I had the Eero pro 6 and decided to upgrade to Eero pro 6E, I was skeptical at first thinking it wouldn't make a difference but it did, less congestion. With the former it did great but with the 6E it's better in performance and speed plus it is future proof. Speeds up more with the 6ghz. I enjoy Eero products are the best in my opinion.

This is our 2nd mesh system, our old was an Orbi and it was awful after about 2yrs, the satellite never stayed connected, the app was useless…Now in comes the EEOS and it is amazing! Easy to set up and an AMAZING app you can manage and control through your phone. No issues with the satellites dropping l, we have strong coverage throughout our house and are loving the service and control of our new mesh network

I was debating between the eero Pro 6E or the Google Nest Pro. I had the first generation of the Google Nest but after reading reviews and feedback from co-workers, I decided on the eero Pro 6E and couldn't be happier. Easy to setup and great coverage throughout the house.

Set this mesh up to replace a google one I had previously, kicks butt no issues and they do regular updates. Love it. I have 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs for full coverage.

Bought this because the WiFi in my complex was really slow due to congestion from all the WiFi 5 routers. This substantially increased my WiFi speeds without having to change my internet plan.

I purchased the Eero Pro 6E to extend my existing mesh network where I already have 2 others. I now have a total of 3 nodes which are connected via Ethernet cables and a switch. My devices have no issue transitioning across routers as I move around the house and the speed is great.

I have extended my Wi-Fi range to my detached garage. The speed is excellent and the installation was a breeze. Meshed perfectly with the eero 6 at my modem. I only needed a power cord. I can now stream anything in my smart garage. Super happy.

Speed was touched 900+ for upload and download… checked it from MacBook Pro. If you are looking for less wires and wireless connectivity for more devices. It’s a good choice. High quality product.

The main reasons I got this model were because of the ease of remote administration and the support for new frequencies. It’s not a perfect WiFi router but for my needs it excellent. I also have the 6plus models in use at a second home and the App can handle more than one household network. It just makes things easier for me. I do recommend that if at all possible you connect each node to a wired ethernet connection (wired backhaul) instead of depending on the each node to connect via one of the WiFi channels. Also note, if you have metal contraction in you home or building or form insulation these can significantly impact the WiFi signal possibly making wired backhaul the only good option. Hope this helps.
