Best purchase that I have made for the wifi in my house. The coverage is great and I never have an issue with the speed. You will need to ensure that the internet speed coming to the house is sufficient. Without sufficient base internet speed and reliable service, this purchase won't help anything. Due to this, we switched to Fiber internet. We haven't had any issues with either.

We’ve had WiFi in our home for nearly 20 years. I’m a gadget junkie but approach bigger investments only after much study and comparison. We had a very good Linksys router for just over 3 years and despite an extender still suffered multiple “WiFi holes” and slow speeds in spots in our home, especially the basement. Originally intending to purchase a different brand mesh router, the Best Buy associate described the Eero and its relative advantages over other brands, without bashing the others. Installation took longer than I expected, especially for the first of the three units. Some was user error, some was lack of clear order in setup instructions, and some from my specific home device configurations. The other two units only took about 15 minutes each. Since we have over 20 separate WiFi “Smart Home” devices (thermostats, Roku devices, Amazon Echo assistants, Smart TVs, HUE and other WiFi controlled lights and more), it took some time to get them all set up because I modified our SSID name. The Eero app made the process easier than I had expected. RESULTS: The Best Buy Associate did not oversell anything. The cost was higher than I’d planned and was money well spent! We have yet to find a slow or dead WiFi spot throughout the house and we even have good coverage in our yard. Each unit has two Ethernet ports, great for close by devices such as Smart TV or streaming hardware. If you have the funds I highly recommend the Eero system. After several weeks of use I have nothing but positive to say about it.

Here’s the honest opinion. I’ve tried the majority of the brands out there. I need(ed) a mesh to hit some spots in the house that were irksomely slow . Not dead... just degraded speed due to distance. This did that and it covere it successfully. What I was willing to sacrifice was “a little” speed. This is a 100% Apple house and the latest Timecapsule is so much faster but without the features of this EERO. I cannot dispute that they will be a force to reckon with... in 30 days I’ve already seen features added. But in a heavy streaming house I cannot sacrifice so much speed. 300Mbps eero vs 420Mbps or more download average. Upload always constant. I will miss the features. The spam and ad blocking is good. Features on or off doesn’t really change speed performance. And finally... customer service with EERO... awesome (at least my experience). I’m past my 45 days so awaiting my return verdict. They’ve swapped out for a new unit.. same experience. Also.. my Timecapsule has to traverse the LAN of the eero to get out.. two hops, and the wireless is still faster. So in conclusion, if you need spam and explicitl site blocking, and full coverage, this is great. If speed is priority, view a few others as well.

Easy to set up and our WiFi is much faster and reliable. Everyone should get at least one for their home.

This is easily the best Router system I have purchased. I have 4 of them throughout my home as a Mesh System. Very easy to install and quite trouble free.

Worked with Best Buy home consultant identified this product to support the Wifi needs. It was super easy to set up this mesh system. Signal strength and coverage from these pucks are great. I am having no issues with connecting devices and streaming services. The only criticism is the price point. They definitely work great and are simple to set up. I would recommend these if not too concerned with budget.

Quick and easy setup. Works best when you use a high-end, top of the line modem (I have the Arris Surfboard model S33). Zero dead spots in the house now and very fast connection (also depends on your ISP and speed). While a bit pricey (hence 4 stars and not 5) you will not be disappointed, you do get what you pay for, which is top-notch quality and functionality.

Already had 3 set up in my house ... needed a stronger signal throughout so I added 2 more on. Geek squad came out to maximize the performance of them.

My Linksys WiFi router Failed at home. I had been looking at the mesh system for a replacement and bought the Velop system from Linksys. This was problematic for me. The installation didn’t go as per instructions, support was great. The biggest issue was dropping connections when moving between units and the device staying connected to the farthest one. I returned it to BestBuy and bought the EERO. The best decision I made! The instructions said it would be setup in less than 10mins!! It was that easy!! What a seamless installation and ease of use!! There are no complaints about connectivity! The coverage is awesome. The app for setting this up is super easy to use and straightforward. There is no separate signing in for 2.4hz vs 5hz. You are signed into the system and EERO takes care of the rest. We use WIFI calling and there is no issue going from the upstairs to outside and the calls stay locked in. The speed is great! We couldn’t be happier with this system! On a side note, we just had a one day power outage and the system came right up as soon as the power was restored.

The EERO Pro Mesh WiFi system is really good. It’s easy to set up and gets the job done. I needed a strong WiFi connection on my lanai for the TV. It was a little tricky at first where to best place the 2 satellite eero’s but after two tries, got the best combination. For a smaller house you can use the basic Eero system which is under $300. At $499 the Pro is a bit pricey.

Have coverage throughout the house with super fast speed. Couldn’t be easier to install!

I used to run a WiFi extender but it didn’t meet my expectations. Read a bit about this mesh technology and decided to pull the trigger. Pleasantly surprised by this! Easy installation and the change is obvious. This device delivers and now the house has no WiFi blind spot. You can even buy single unit range extender (same brand) for this for further coverage.

This product comes through on its claims. Easy to set up, great coverage and lightening fast throughout the house.

I moved into a new house that had two of these already installed. The coverage for them weren't great, so I had to pick up a third. Even with the third, the network performance isn't great when there are a lot of people on the WiFi. Additionally, the max throughput for the WiFi isn't that good either, especially with Gigabit fiber. I had two Netgear Orbi mesh endpoints at my previous house, of a similar size, and had much better coverage and performance. I may switch back to them. The software that runs on them, as well as the phone/tablet app is very good and has a ton of nice features. The configuration is dead simple and they have decent documentation on their website. The one feature missing is the ability to schedule firmware updates. It can update at very inopportune times and take your entire network down for several minutes while it updates.

Great WiFi Mesh System that truly reaches all corners of the home providing great access to my gamer kid, Nests and all internet vices we use. There is no disappointment with eero! I was prone to get Google but went with this device as a recommendation from a Best Buy employee and my family are all very happy with its performance and easy to setup user friendly instructions.

This is the best mesh system I’ve used. A friend recommended this as my previous system (Orbi) was unreliable and I was eventually told didn’t work well with my cable/internet provider. Set up was easy...and guided and the system has worked without an issue for almost a month. I’d recommend this system to anyone. (Had also tries google in the past and it didn’t work in my home)

Get rid of those routes and get you whole home Net work.. This was so easy to install, what a difference in my wireless connection.. I have full Down load speeds higher upload speeds. I have 5 tv’s in my home and often 3 streaming most of the time with zero lag .. I’ve had over 30 items connected and all active at one time and no interruptions.. I would recommend it in every home !!

Purchased the eero - Pro Mesh WiFi System (2 eeros), 2nd Generation to replace our ISP router in hopes of having better streaming of TV and complete coverage of WiFi. This solution did the trick. Recently cut the cord with our cable company and now we have no regrets. Was extremely easy to setup as compared to other system we bought and returned. The app to monitor your usage is very helpful and easy to use as well.

We had been struggling with dead spots and slow speeds in areas within our home for a couple of years. We changed internet providers and increased the speed with no success. Since installing the eero mesh system we eliminated dead spots and have more consistent speed throughout our home. We did have to buy this individual module to complete the system.
