Customers are saying

Customers are pleased with the ease of use, coverage, and setup of the Pro Mesh Wi-Fi 5 System. Many appreciate the improved range, performance, and signal strength, resulting in a better overall experience. However, some customers find the price to be expensive, and a few have noted that the units can get warm. While some buffering issues were reported previously, the system largely resolves these problems for most users.

Have had this up for more than a month. Very intuitive to set up. No problem there. The only issue I had was with our service provider, Comcast. Their newest Modem also has wifi and we didn't want to use their wifi so we had to jump through some hoops so that it wouldn't interfere with our new eero - Pro. Very happy with our purchase, not cheap but works great!!

    Problems Solved!

After a couple of attempts of connecting this system and finally getting the ethernet cords in the proper place, (cable modem or eero), the system works GREAT! It solved many problems associated with the 2 WiFi extenders on the network For example, the extenders reduce speed and they were also labeled different networks. (We had 3 networks in the house-the modem, extender 1 and extender 2.) Our devices didn't know which one was the better choice to hook up to so we always had to manually change the network on the device to gain better reception and speed. We have a large, old house with loads of plastered walls which inhibit the WiFi signal. This eero system has solved all the problems since it uses the same network as the Cable Modem. It also is a stronger signal so that we get Great signal strength in the basement as well as the patio. There were many problems with our Sonos Speakers and those problems are all resolved as well. A little pricey, but solved all our problems-so far! The eeros do seem to get a little hot, but seem to work very well. Not sure if the heat will be a problem down the road.

We had a new home built and the builder used a company to put in a wifi system. We constantly faced intermittent connections and not all of our home was covered. We even bought an extender and that did not help. When I told the rep at Best Buy what was happening he said you need to get eeros. The coverage in our home is awesome. Signal strength is very good. Best Buy ever.

I've been looking at this system for a while and when i saw the $100 price decline I jumped on it. GLAD I DID! Upgraded from Netgear nighthawk due to inefficient streaming abilities due to being placed in a basement. The Eero pro system immediatley solved streaming issues on the 3rd floor and all devices are operating faster! Easy set up with the app was a welcomed relief.

Delivers as promised. Good coverage, fast speeds, relatively easy set up. Telephone support good but wait times longer than I had hoped for (20 minutes). Expensive (wait for a sale).

I'm not very techy, but I can tell you that having this system in my home with one on each floor level has enabled me to have uninterrupted wifi at fast speeds. Previous ones I had included the nighthawk and even with the boosters it still performed subpar. I like having the app on my phone so I can identify which users are on my wifi and label them. Very easy to use and set up.

Great seamless Whole home WiFi and Internet access solution. Powerful access points provides great coverage throughout my home where other systems failed to provide useable coverage at the extreme ends of my moderate sized home. Amazingly easy to setup , configure and manage. Would highly recommend despite the higher cost than other systems - this one definitely works!!

At first I was very skeptical about this product, but I cannot be more pleased with the WiFi range, reliability, and ease of setup and usability. It’s by far not the cheapest but it is worth every penny and then some. Provides streaming and fast internet across an acre of property for 20+ devices, including 4 computers, gaming consoles, Apple TV’s, multiple Nest cams, printers, streaming music, etc. Highly recommended!

It was a snap to replace my wireless router with the "eero." After installation, our network is much faster even with 12-15 devices connected.

Bought this system to get wifi outside in my portable shed office. We live rural and due to the distance from towers, we don't have the greatest speeds compared to someone living in a city. We use AT&T as a provider. I have not had any issues running multiple devices on this simultaneously. The main unit is connected to the router, one of the units is located 50+' away at the other end of our ranch home, and the last unit is 40+' away outside in my steel roof building. At the furthest distance away (office) the connection has always been stable for my wireless office equipment, online streaming, online class teaching, and even with using an X box out there. I like the control I have with this system; being able to block things from the wifi if needed (ie; teenagers. Lol) by using the eero app. On average, we run 11 devices on our wifi. We did the "override" to not have this conflict with the AT&T router, making the eero system the "master". That was a bit tricky because even though we are gadget techy, we are not IT people. Luckily, eero had very good instructions on how to do that. I would definitely recommend this product. Pricey, but good.

My wireless connection was not very strong within the home. With a family of five we were struggling with our Internet strength and speed. The Eeros have made a huge difference.

I should have done this sooner. Setup was super easy and the coverage is great! We have a larger home with 3 stories and I definitely recommend one unit on each floor. We get great coverage in the house and outside in the yard as well. I highly recommend this product. It is worth the extra money to have a system that works well and is easy to use!!

I wanted to upgrade my Wi-Fi in my home and had Best Buy Geek Squad come out and determine what would be the best way for me to cover ~4500 sq ft home and 24 ft pool barn and the recommended the Eero AC Triband Mesh Wi-Fi Router. So as part of a whole home Wi-Fi upgrade we installed 3 in my home and one in my pole barn and I get the max. number of bars on all of my devices. They do a great job in managing my new Wi-Fi cameras, computers and printers, home thermostat, security, and entertainment equipment.

I have gone from numerous types of extenders to Netgear Nighthawk to the Almond Securifi, and the eero-Pro is by far the best real mesh system out there that blankets my house with the best coverage and by far the easiest to set up. I highly recommend this product, and I wish I would have had it long before now. Buy one, you won't regret it, and it's worth the money.

This product met most of my expectations. I live in a 3,300 SF home and the router is in the office downstairs next to the cable modem. It is a mid level Asus router. The upstairs coverage was pretty spotty and a range extender actually made the problem worse, not better. I also have a Cisco AP that I use with a vWLC for home lab use. I decided to switch because the cellphones in my house got garbage response times when texting, using WhatsApp or taking WiFi calls. Every device in the house seemed to struggle even with a 200 Mbps cable connection from the local monopoly. I needed to do better with the kids home and streaming while I was doing the WFH bit. What I liked: Ease of use. A monkey could set this up blindfolded. Also doing it from my cellphone, and the fact hat new devices are classified with pretty good accuracy was a plus. Some network equipment it got wrong, but I was able to correct hat, again, all from my phone. Response times and download speeds have improved across all devices. Another plus is improved ping times with online gaming. What I did not like, Netflix seems to spend more time buffering than before, but it is a pretty short cycle and not unacceptable. Sadly, my phone still gets hit and miss wifi calling and terrible response when texting. Not just images but simple text messages. Often wifi location data isn't available and the apps themselves resort back to using mobile data, even when on wifi. This may be a limitation of the devices but, I would expect more out of almost latest generation Samsung and iPhones. Overall though I am quite pleased.

This system is amazing!!! It's easy to set up and now I finally have wifi coverage all over my house, even in my back yard. I have an old hime with alot of cement and plaster that is hard to use wifi in. After much research, I decided to spend the money and get this system. So far our had exceeded all my expectations and would reccomend to everyone that wants a reliable wifi network.
