Customers are saying

Customers are pleased with the ease of use, coverage, and setup of the Pro Mesh Wi-Fi 5 System. Many appreciate the improved range, performance, and signal strength, resulting in a better overall experience. However, some customers find the price to be expensive, and a few have noted that the units can get warm. While some buffering issues were reported previously, the system largely resolves these problems for most users.

I am extremely happy with eero!!! PRO: My not so great internet has turned into super fast internet speed in every area of my house. I like the ability to control my system through the app, Setting this up was super easy and only took about 10 minutes. CON: That I didn’t know about this system earlier.

Easy setup. You'll activate the base unit, and then the other 2 in preferred locations. This gives a better signal throughout the house. You can also plug in (Ethernet) 2 devices for each of the 2 secondary devices. It's a bit pricey, but worth it. Especially when there's a sale.

I bought this Eero system and the Orbi. This one worked a lot better for my house. I've had it awhile and I have no complaints. I have one Eero in the basement, one on the main floor and one upstairs. Multiple game systems connected and multiple phones/iPads. No problems whatsoever.

I was having Wi-Fi trouble throughout my three-story home for about a year and thought it was my Internet provider. It ended up being my distribution of wireless throughout the house. I cannot say enough about this system, super easy to set up and I am having the fastest Internet throughout my house I have ever had.

Overall a good mesh system. My only comment is when you use one as the main hub (router) & the others as satellites, the satellites cut your speed down my half, which is very disappointing. You only get fast speeds with the hardwired one. The satellites get about 125-160mbs, which is good, but used to get 350+ and around 600+ at the hub. Good coverage though, but not fast speeds, but enough for most activities.

Setup was very easy but requires a iPhone or equivalent In return it shows good info about the various connected devices on the iPhone. One of the pods was connected at one extremity of the house and the other one clear at the other end and this setup provided a strong signal everywhere. On the negative side, each pod has only two ethernet connectors -with one of them needed to connect to the ouiside world on the main pod, this leaves only one output free on the main pod.

We work from home and needed to set up a strong mesh system so that we could run 2 businesses from home successfully. This has allowed us to do that and it was incredibly easy to set up! Their app also makes it insanely easy to use and monitor. I'd recommend this for anyone / everyone looking to do the same!

I never usually write reviews and was skeptical about this product due to his crazy price. Recently my community upgraded to fiber and i was exited about faster stable speeds. I had a cable modem and 2 apple airport tower looking wifi things. Once was hard wires in the modem and the other was an extender for downstairs. I noticed my speeds on 5GE were faster and my house would be intermittent through out the day. The only time I got around 200mbps was in the actually room over the wifi tower. In any other room it ranged from 30 to 5 mbps. And at times it would drop off. After adding this 3 pack....1 upstairs and 2 down (2400 soft 4 bedroom) I not have speeds of over 200 in the room where the main eero is and down stairs it ranges from 130 to 200 at peak times through out the day. Ive had it for about 5 days and love everything about it, If your on the fence because of the cost do it its worth it! No more buffering on netflix or youtube!

I ordered this because of the consistently solid reviews it receives... i am glad I did. even though it is not wifi 6 compatible very few devices are wifi6 anyway. I am getting 400mbps wireless connection using gb ethernet backhaul... full coverage too. so I am a happy camper.

I knew the day would finally happen. I woke up and my Apple Airport Extreme died. I tried cpr but there was no reviving. I had planed for the day and did a lot of research. My wife and I both work from home and needed a good reliable system. We live in a 3500 sqf house that had some dead spots with the Airport Extreme. I purchased the eero before Christmas. This was such an easy product to setup, it took me about 10 minutes tops. The app walks you through the entire process. My speeds have doubled and I don't have any dead spots in the house. I have two kids and we have about 17 devices connected. We just cut the cable cord and went with a streaming service and have not had any issues with buffering when 3 tv's are streaming at the same time. eero is more expensive then some of the other products but worth it.

This eero Pro Mesh Wi fi system is easy to set up and connected automatically to every smart device in my home. This includes smart thermostats, Ring doorbell, 5 different smart TVs, 4 different DVD players with smart. Coverage is great, even outside to my back yard.

I was way behind on WiFi technology with my Midco WiFi router and a net gear extender. WiFi sucked specially when on the extender. I did a bunch of research and decided on the tri-pack eero pro’s. I shut off the WiFi on my router and plugged these in and went through an easy setup process and am delighted to say I’m actually getting the download speed that I’m paying for! I have the main unit hooked up to my router/modem in the tv room downstairs and the second one on the other side of the basement hooked up to my desktop computer, and the third centrally located upstairs. I couldn’t be happier with its performance. One of the cool things you can do is turn off or disable the WiFi to anything that is connected with a tap of the finger on the eero app. So if one of the kids won’t sign off when it’s homework time you can do it for them ;)

    Best Wifi

I was tired of people complaining about wifi at my house when I had spent $250 on my wifi router. So I decided to try the eero. My house is wired with cat 5, so I was able to plug one in as my main and have two additional plugged into cat 5 as well. I then had about 30 people over and they all had perfect wifi. everywhere in my house (4,000 sq ft, two levels). The set up was all with an app, no instructions came with mine. It set up easier than I thought, because I wasn't sure it was working, but it was. I spent a while trying to figure out if they were all working. it has automatic updates and updates fairly often. Meaning, the company is always looking to keep it updated. I did have an issue where the internet went down once, and rather than the old way of unplugging it, I merely updated the software with my app, and about 20 minutes later it was up and running. Otherwise, it updates while I am sleeping. I used to plug my laptop into cat 5, now I just use wifi because it works just as well. Since I placed my units near outside walls, I also have wifi outside. By far the best wifi i've ever had.

Would buy these again. These have improved the speed of our internet & were super easy to set up. Eero has an extra level of security you can add to your wi-fi. This has been a great service as well to protect the network and what kids can view online.

Having Apple WiFi products in two homes for years we were finally tired of the constant lock ups and resets. We replaced and upgraded both homes with the eero mesh WiFi system and couldn’t be happier. No more lockup’s or resets and the speed is unbelievably fast. Set up could not be easier using their app.

I highly recommend the eero Pro mesh product. Works at full speeds (Linksys Velops did not). Easy to deploy and great wifi and speeds amongst the units. Only downside is that no discounting from retail pricing and it is on the top side of consumer mesh pricing.
