We were using the modem and router from our cable provider and had issues with range and speed of service. After setting up the Eero system (which was a piece of cake) with the Eero app our range is incredible and the speed has been fast regardless of where we are in the home.

I purchased the EERO Pro package to replace my tired Apple Aiport—which worked flawlessly for over a decade. Technology and security have changed since purchasing the Apple product, and the EERO product has been a fantastic replacement. It was a little finicky getting all three routers up and running on my network, but once they were all aligned the system works quite well, and I'm able to reset, share a guest password and more from the supporting app.

I have this for my 1000 sqft home. And just one router covers the entire home perfectly.

I replaced a linksys wrt3200acm with powerline adapters and this works way better than those did for me. Was having constant drops and slight lagging Issues now we are not and I have a lot of devices connected maybe 40-50. Nest cameras don’t freeze anymore... install was the easiest so far. Last good setup I had was with apple extremes and this seems to be a lot like those but faster speeds.

I bought this product recently and so far so good. The only reason I am not giving it great is because of the limited number of Ethernet ports for the base(that connects to your modem). I have multiple computers that connected to my Netgear router directly prior to purchasing the eero. I also have a point to point connection from one room to another that connected (wired) that I am not able to leverage at the moment. The only solution I am seeing here is to purchase a switch. Again, the eero is great but I was not expecting I would have to spend more money. Yes, I also know you can change the settings in my old router to work with the eero but you lose some features for the eerro.

A great network, never fails, and carries all the way to our barn, 200feet or more away.

Buying this has allowed me to extend the range of my WiFi without getting all the buffering. I have it in my house and also in my man cave which is a second garage away from the house. Outstanding product. Covers my entire house and yard

We live in a 3,500 square foot two story home, and our internet provider’s wireless router wasn’t cutting it. Once we bought the Eeros, all of our connectivity issues disappeared. There are no dead spots in the house. We even get WiFi in our front and back yards. Setup was simple and quick

Absolutely cannot beat the performance of this mesh network. I’ve tried plenty of other routers and Google WiFi all of which were not nearly as good as the Eero Pro. Yes it’s expensive but it’s easy to set up and just works...all the time.

This is my second Eero system, loved my original and passed it along to my Father, and it immediately resolved the dead spots in his house. Gave me the opportunity to upgrade to the second gen and it easily set up in minutes and works perfectly.

Set these up in my house and one for the kids. Wow! Plugged it in and ran the app. Can monitor who is on, the status of the units and connect flawlessly anywhere. It’s true that you get what you pay for!! This is a higher end unit but well worth the peace of mind!!

This is a great system if you are willing to spend a little extra money. Great coverage and easy set up!

I have been frustrated trying to get good signal in a 4000 square foot home with two levels. Not anymore

I had tremendous difficulty with my old system. This product was easy to set up, was quick to set up, and works very well. I would highly recommend it. Of note i live in a multi unit condo and connectivity has always been an issue

I am using them for last 2 year and happy with the coverage for entire house. I purchased it for sister’s house to replace their 6 year old Wi-Fi router. They are so happily and no more connection drops. Easy setup. Very happy customer.

Expected similar result as with zone extender. Was surprised with just how strong my wifi signal was extended. Very pleased with the results! The biggest surprise, however, was the customer support. I am not in anyway knowledgable in any thing about wifi, the tech support was fantastic, spent nearly 2 hours talking me through the set up. The tech was both patient and encouraging through the process. I am impressed product and the support.

After years of hitting and missing with routers, I finally hit a home run!!! Eero is a substantial investment but you will finally get watch you are looking for in a router!!! It has been great meeting the 1 gig speed I’ve been paying for with xfinity!

We definitely saw a great improvement in our WiFi quality once we moved to this mesh WiFi system. We were using a mode/router with an extender prior to this and we had dead zones and connection drops while streaming. Once we switched to this system, we definitely saw an improvement in the WiFi speeds for all devices that were connected to the extender and zero connection drops for our smart home devices/sensors etc. At any given point of time, we have over 30 active devices connected to the WiFi in our house. One of the gripes that we have is the low number of ethernet ports on the system. With 3 devices, you get 5 ports. One port is used for connecting with the modem. The way we worked around this was using a switch with the CAT5e cabling in the house to increase the number of devices that can be hard wired without having to have them in the same location.

I have been using Netgear products for year, no expenses spared. Recently I have been having issues with spotty WiFi and drops. I reconfigured stuff reset settings, even bought a new modem. The speed was better but not wifi. I was hitting 130s and 150s at the modem but at wifi got to 30s and 40s. After setting up the eero system, which by the way was the fastest and easiest set up ever. Hardest part was where to place the units, I had 3. I was up and running in 10 min. I am now hitting 180+at the base and around 80+ at base units. I plan to get a few more units for top performance. The great thing also is the pucks have Ethernet ports in the back so you can connect non wifi devices. I plan to keep the system, should have bought it months ago. In closing the user app is great also, you can run diagnostics quickly and monitor the system easy. BUY IT, worth the 500 bucks.
