Customers are pleased with the ease of use, coverage, and setup of the Pro Mesh Wi-Fi 5 System. Many appreciate the improved range, performance, and signal strength, resulting in a better overall experience. However, some customers find the price to be expensive, and a few have noted that the units can get warm. While some buffering issues were reported previously, the system largely resolves these problems for most users.

These worked well enough and certainly better than what I had been using. We have poor cell coverage where we are and rely on wifi calling to make life easier. The one thing they don't rely tell you is that you need a set this up via the phone app. That sucked as it uses cell reception to initially talk to the main router, so it took longer than the expected 10 minutes. Once that was done, I then had trouble getting one of the relays to connect in the basement. Once that was done, the last one was a breeze and the system was much better than expected. Love being able to see what's connected where and being able to create profiles for each device that connects to the system.
Then the pro 6 came out for less than I bought this, and guess what. I upgraded! Either system works great. If you don't have devices able to take advantage of wifi 6, then this is for you!

This is easy to set up. Took about 20 minutes. Did each eero separately and the app provides easy and clear steps to follow. Expensive. So find a deal if you can.

Spectrum's router & a new NetGear router did not give us WiFi coverage in the entire house & was sporadic. The Erro Mesh network has worked wonders to cover all those issues.

I went through multiple routers and configurations without any success of having fast reliable internet throughout my house. This system was simple to install and solved all of my issues.

With this mesh system no more dead spots. Eero does a great job with speed and a reliable connection. It’s a little bit expensive but worth it. Won’t be going back to routers anymore.

Bought this after buying the 1st generation, the first generation cut my speeds down by half so i decided to pay the extra money and upgrade to the Pro version. The way the system works is very good compared to the other similar All-Home-Networks it is also the easiest to set up and quickest when you compare it to the Orbi and Linksys Velop system. This system also does a very good job of connecting to the closest access point. Now we move on to the bad parts, the system from the 1st gen to the second gen isn't worth the money, for $200 more you are getting usb-c connection versus the start AC adaptor, you are also getting a easier access to the reset button and somewhat better speeds. If you don't mind loosing speed for better range then this is the system to go with, but me needing speeds rather than range it did not work. There was times that i was next to the main router and i would get about 240mbps keep in mind i pay for 300mbps and the router was saying i was getting about 340mbps. The last thing i would say is that you throw away any privacy you have, i called customer support and just with my name and number they are able to see what i names the access points and also see whats connected I'm guessing, i understand its to give better support but it seems like a violation of privacy.

I bought the Eero Pro Mesh Wifi System because I was tired of losing my wifi signal in different rooms of my house. Our house is only 3 bedroom and about 2,500 sq ft but going into different rooms was a pain.
I set up the main wifi next to my AT&T router/modem in our living room. It took less than 5 minutes from unboxing to completing the set up. The next two were even easier.
My download speed averaged 161 mbps and 123 mbps upload in the master bedroom. That was the room I'd had the most problem losing my signal.
I'm so happy with it that I'll buy another set for our lake house.

The setup of the eero Pro mesh wireless system was trouble free and as easy as could be. Since installing this system, I have had excellent wireless speeds (180-220 Mbps to a device on a 5ghz signal), no wireless signal dropouts, and excellent room to room roaming capability in a large (5000 sq ft) house. There may be faster wireless systems on the market, but I’ll trade connectivity reliability for a little less speed anytime! While WiFi 6 may be the new standard which these do not support, I sincerely doubt I’ll see any real world difference given the WiFi 5 standard speeds supported by these units.

This is a great system, it’s on the pricier side but well worth it. We have an older home and have had connection issues in the last. Once we purchased this item all those went away.

I installed it at home. My house is about 4800 sq ft, so I bought 2 packs. Coverage is much better than with the range extenderá but was hoping for a bit more. Signal strength is still lost in places, although it has taken care of dead spots. I overall recommend it.

Bought this to try and resolve low WiFi signal in my two story block home and success. The only reason I am not giving this A 5 star ratting is the interface is a bit simplistic. But it was a breeze to setup and install.
Just wish you had a bit more control over things like port forwarding.
