Customers are saying
Customers are pleased with the ease of use, coverage, and setup of the Pro Mesh Wi-Fi 5 System. Many appreciate the improved range, performance, and signal strength, resulting in a better overall experience. However, some customers find the price to be expensive, and a few have noted that the units can get warm. While some buffering issues were reported previously, the system largely resolves these problems for most users.

Streamlined, Simple and Stabl
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This system requires like ZERO technical ability to set up and use with default settings. Simple streamlined instructions 1-2-3 Done. I have a very old Bed and Breakfast, built 1872. Walls are heavy plaster and in three of the suites I was getting about 3-5 MBs per room or no connection at all. Connected the first to the router via ether net cable as instructed, set up in under a minute. I wirelessly placed the others a good distance and with multiple walls and floors between. Total install time 10-15 minutes. If not for the firmware updates which were automatic and required no work on my end it would have taken about 3 minutes to set up. I'm now getting 150-200 MBs WIRELESSLY in rooms that previously wouldn't connect or ran about 3-5 MBs So I left it wireless. Its been about a month and its been running a extensive smart home network, door-locks, thermostats, cameras, etc. with no problems whatsoever.

Solid Coverage and Solid Speed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this router after returning my Orbi system that completely failed after four months (Best Buy won't let me go back and update my 5 star review of Orbi which would now be zero stars). I originally wanted an Eero but the cost was too much. However, I decided to spend the money after my poor experience with Orbi. So far, so good. It is definitely slower than Orbi, but hopefully it will last a long time. I get consistent speed throughout my house. With Orbi I was getting between 95 mbps and 375. With Eero I get between 50 and 300 (I have 500 mbps service). Either way, it's more than enough bandwidth to watch 4k TV while my kids stream HD to their devices simultaneously. It's extremely simple to set up and maintain. I haven't had to reboot or make any changes to the system. It has been rock solid. I hope it continues. I'd give 5 stars if it were faster, but Orbi has them beat in this category.

Amazing
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So let me start off by saying that the price is a bit steep but as the saying goes, “You get what you pay for”. I was tired of buying and returning my Nighthawk routers because it kept losing the WiFi, Geek Squad person told me about the eeros mesh and I figured no hope that it was my isp, but like he said, routers are from the stone ages. Since I bought the eero pro pack with the 3 beacons only reason I’ve had to reboot them was because update did it in order to apply but since then, i have yet to lose WiFi and i never have a network test lower than 100mbps. I am finally over all that headache and love the internet and WiFi again. The $399.99 I spent on the eeros was worth every penny, I am getting ready to add more beacons to the network for more coverage. I highly recommend, stop fighting with routers and future proof yourself with eeros.

Awesome product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this after getting tired of my pretty expensive booster not doing the job and rarely working and dropping coverage constantly. This new mesh setup was pretty easy to do with the app. It comes with no instructions in the box but app is step by step. My house is fairly new and two stories with wind shear walls to make getting signals difficult with a regular setup. This eero Pro is just what I was looking for.

Strong WiFi

Amazing WiFi
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this on a recommendation from a store associate. Was super easy to set up. Wifi range is amazing. Still on mine when across the street inside my neighbors house. With 4 people in our house using multiple devices at a time it performs flawlessly.

So good.
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to replace my Linksys Velop and chose to go with Eero bases on the reviews. The overall speed is consistently higher. I have experienced no drop out as opposed to the Velop. The set up was also VERY easy.

After lots of trials - this it IT!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I upgraded my internet to Spectrum's 1GB service so it was time to get my wifi up to speed. I won't mention specific products that I tried but suffice to say that I went through several weeks of trying the latest & greatest and just couldn't get what I needed. Enter the eero. I had tried mesh systems when they first came out and wasn't impressed. But wow, has eero figured it out! Not only is it incredibly easy to set up, but the app to configure and monitor it is fantastic. It's easy for people that "just want it to work", and it's also deep for geeks like me that what to dig in. No matter where I am in the house, speed is great. Movement from node to node is seamless and the balancing is very impressive. Wired connection are able to max out my gig internet and wifi speeds are much faster than anything else I tried (including Nighthawk).

Outstanding network
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought for my daughter & son-in-law who's previous network had dead zones and had a very difficult time streaming without continuously buffering issues. Did a lot of research and decide on the eero Pro Mesh System (3 eeros). First eero sync perfectly but following two would not sync until I entered their serial numbers, then both immediately were located. Installation was very easy until I had to enter serial numbers (still was very easy step) and since installation system has performed perfectly with no buffering issues and three different family member can be streaming at the same time and no issues. Even better, system was on sale with $100.00 discount when purchased. Is a little pricey, but did correct the dead zones areas in the house.

Very good product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I upgrade my Dlink Router to the Eero - AC Tri-Band Wi-Fi Access Point. Initially, I was looking at offerings from Linksys and Netgear. The staff at Best Buy started to explain Mesh Technology which led would better address my need to not upgrade but get better performance throughout my home. The look at Eero and Linksys Velop. According to the staff at BB the internal component of the Velop are not the best and claimed that several Velop's were a bit noisy and had been returned. Ultimately, I went with the Eero product and so far very pleased. Installation was simple and the user interface is very good and provides good information about your network, no. of devices, which access point each device is connected to, speed and band (5 or 2.4). There are 2 cons, however. The access points get pretty warm and the UI app does not have an iPad version available.

Ease of installation
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Eero mesh system was very easy to set up. We do like the ability to have them spread around the house to make sure that we have even transmission of signal. We did have to contact Support with a few questions and they were able to answer them very quickly and help walk through some of the issues that we ran into. One being that we named the Eero wifi system the same as the system coming in from the cable company. Our multiple smart devices couldn’t connect until we changed the eero name to something different. Once we did that, things connected much easier. But we did have to reset all of our thermostats, security system, and other devices. All in all, we liked the product and are considering buying a second system for our summer home.

Works great with a few hiccups
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Since switching to the eero pros we've had great coverage, decent (not blistering) speed, and no drop outs that we could pin on the eero hardware. Have noticed some lag in switching to the best access point based on location in the house. Overall though very stable and good speed across all devices we can check on. Very easy to set up.

||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pricey but works like a charm. So far so good!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Went in to get a different mesh system, but was told by the sales associate that these Eeros were on sale and he had these himself at his house and really liked all the features. So glad I trusted him and went with these. So far so good. We have a 2500 sq ft house and this really seemed to make a difference. Before I had a Netgear extender, but I could never figure out how to re-configure the extender once I changed my router last year. These were soooo easy to set up and I do love the features. When any new device enters my network, I get a notification immediately. I can turn off access to any device if I choose to do so. Pretty slick. Glad they were on a huge sale and I swayed towards these, although at this point I would have paid full price for them too.
