    Horrible headphones

I bought these for my young daughter to distract her for her first plane ride. After opening the package and inserting these for the first time, the sound wouldn't work. I checked the volume on the iPad and it was on so I tried to pull the headphone jack out (not forcefully) and the jack stayed stuck in the iPad. I contacted the manufacturer and they tried to blame me for their defective product being broken. After a few emails and convincing them that their defective product was to blame for the broken jack and not me yanking on the jack, as they put it. They agreed to replace the headphones, "As a one time courtesy". I would not recommend buying these, nor would I ever buy these again myself. P.S. Best Buy was not to blame for the horrible customer service, it was the manufacturers horrible customer service practices that I am referring too.

Cheap overall. The best part is the bow. The cord literally is bended awkwardly when packaged therefore it has bends and folds all over, its wrapped in thread that by day 2 starts to come apart. Soooo not worthe the price. Walmarts $10 headphones lasted her YEARS and this seems to last a few months at its best and i dont promise the cord to be in its best condition after the 1st month. Literally will attache pics of what i mean and it has 4 humps all over the court. Returned the 1st thinking it was defective and the 2nd pair did the SAME thing.

I bought this because I absolutely love frozen, So, of course I had to buy them. I got home and Couldn’t wait to open them, well, after 20 minutes to get the package opened, I plugged the cord into my cellphone and picked out a frozen music to hopefully listen to. “ Well “ I kept turning the volume up on my phone and still couldn’t hear the music. So! I thought I’d turn up the volume on the earphones, NO JOKING! AFTER (4-5) HOURS of trying to get the darn earphones to work still, “ NOTHING! I WAS BEYOND “ HOT “THAT I EVEN WELL, tried to read the instructions which were “IMPOSSIBLE “! I ended up returning them and getting my $$$$$$$$ back!

I bought these headphones for my daughter thinking that they were cute and she loves frozen. But then a few weeks later the end piece broke off in her iPad so now i either have to pay to have the iPad fixed or buy Bluetooth headphones! I am beyond mad at that fact and the fact that I look at the reviews and it happened to someone else a year ago and these headphones are still being sold in stores!!!!!!!!!!!! I would give zero stars if it would let me.

Long story short, I've been through 3 of these.. My daughter takes relatively good care of all of them. Whatever material the manufacturer uses on the exterior of the wiring has literally molded to each other in all 3 pairs of these headphones we've owned. I finally gave up and asked my daughter to pick a different set. She was pretty upset about losing the JoJo bow, but was pretty happy to have a working set of headphones again.

I bought these headphones because it had parental controls to limit the volume. As a concerned parent, I wanted to make sure that my child was not at risk while using these headphones. I tested the volume limits prior to letting my daughter use the headphones. I set it to a comfortable level and after about a month or so, the headphones stopped working completely. Well past the return time-limit.

Late review from my purchase, but here it is. My 5y.o. daughter loved this, so I purchased it for her tablet. Made for kids, I would've thought they would make it to last a little longer than 1 month. My daughter is pretty good with her stuff (reason she has had a tablet for over a year now), but this wasn't made well. Already purchased a replacement :/

I purchased these for Christmas for my three year old. They have a safety mechanism to make sure the audio isn’t too high, the only problem is the audio doesn’t get loud enough for my daughter to hear. She loved how cute they were but just cries incessantly because they won’t work. I wasted my time and my money on this purchase. I am almost as disappointed as my daughter with these headphones.

Poor design. Limits volume too much.

Don't get fooled into buying this because of the cute bow. The volume is severely limited on them. We took them on a flight with us and my daughter couldn't hear her movie over the sound of the plane's engine. Seriously. One last design flaw was the engineer's decision to put a hard plastic flower very close to the audio jack. As a result, we have to take the cover off our phones or tablets in order to use these headphones with those devices.

Terrible experience as soon as I buy them and I connected it to the kids tablet we couldn't even hear the volume of requests we had to put it on blast and we can still vaguely hear it out of the tablet I know it's good for child a safety for hearing but it's not good when you can't hear it all

This headphone was not even worth the time I spent researching and purchasing. My son loved the design, but he can barely hear anything and this is the first day of use. He has put them down and continues to use an old headset. That says a lot. If I had the time I would return it but who has time to wait on a long customer service line for $15. Not I

I purchased these for my son to replace a pair that was broken. from the outside of the package they look sturdy, but as soon as you take them out, the feel very flimsy. after only 2 days, the eat covers fell off and had to put them back on. the eventually kept falling off to the point where my son would use the headphones without them. i would not recommend this purchase for anyone as the craftsmanship is terrible.

Bought these Jojo headphones in store for my daughter for Christmas. After a week, the braided covering on the wire ripped in several places and now the volume is so low, it’s barely audible. What a waste of $30.

Steer clear of this product. Within 2 uses, both ear pieces came off and they are nearly impossible to put back on. I have spent more time trying to fix these things than my little one has actually used them. Bought a similar product in the airport for my oldest a couple of years ago and they are still working great. Unfortunately, this product is a much poorer design.

I realize that these headphones limit noise for children's ears, but my 5 year old could barely hear with the sound turned all the way up. It's nice that the headphones can be pulled so that they can be made larger, but at their largest size, they still barely fit my 5 year old's head. He will probably grow out of these within a year. We returned them.

Too delicate, even for a little Princess

First off, it is a great looking headset. She loved them out the box. But if there is any background noise what so ever, these headphone are useless. I spent a half hour drive being shushed and told to close the windows because my daughter could not hear her movie. The cushion came off one earpiece, and the cable is way too thin and delicate for child use.

These were purchased for my 10 year old daughter. The headphones worked great for a couple of weeks. Then when my daughter went to unplug them from her tablet. The male end of the plug broke off. I know headphone are not indestructible, but i would of liked to have gotten a little more use out of them.

The headphones quality both material and sound are not good enough . You are basically paying for the “bow” and the licensing fees , my daughter loves them in the box and couldn’t stand them After the first time she uses them , also they are too big for kids heads ( they don’t stay on her head )z

I bought these for my 6 year old son as he needed headphones for 1st grade. He really wanted Avengers ones so I bought these for him. He took them to school and the 1st day the teacher emailed me and told me one of the ear cushions fell off. After only 1 day! Poor quality. I returned them and got him a good pair of skull candy headphones on sale.

We have bought two pairs of these and they are not in any way durable. My daughter is not very hard on headphones, but these broke twice. We have ended up buying something completely different that seems to work well. I can not recommend this product.
