The walkie talkies were a cute idea and concept for my 3 year old that loves everything Paw Patrol, she just wanted them in pink (for Skye and Marshall or Skye and Everest) instead of blue for boys (Marshall and Chase). Requires 2 AAA batteries that were not included. She left the walkie talkies on overnight, which I did not discover until I was hearing strange static noises and weird conversations from 5am-9am. Scared the life out of me! It took a full hour for me to figure out where the sounds were coming from. Men’s voices could be heard, full conversations. I have no idea how these walkie talkies were picking up on them and playing them, the talking buttons were not being pressed. There’s no radio dial or frequency on these walkie talkies, so this is highly alarming! And if I could hear these men talking, could they hear us talking in my household?! Disturbing! I wish I could take them back to Best Buy, but I’ve already thrown the packaging away.

My daughter is a big Paw Patrol fan. When she saw these she had to get them. The puppy design is great and use is very easy for small children. Sound and radio quality...not very good. The volume is very low and the first words of your conversation get cut off due to transmission delay. If this will be more of a toy for your little one, then this is a must buy. If you are looking for walkie-talkie functionality, you will need to look elsewhere.

The nephew loved this and even had his friends mom asking where to get the same set. Easy to hold and easy for the young kids to use.

The toys work pretty well for the price that we paid. The kids have to talk right up against the mic on the bottom of the toy to be heard and unfortunately the mic duals as the speaker. Overall good, for the price.

Range is iffy. The mic pickup is way too small. If you don't talk right into the tiny hole at the perfect distance it does nothing. Thinking about drilling and modding. Overall just another cheaply made object with PP branding.

For the price you can't beat it. Also my friends son plays with it all the time.

My 8-year old son saw this on one of the shelves and begged me to buy it. I'm so glad I did because both my kids had tons of fun playing with it. The colors are very vibrant and attractive, especially to kids. The size is perfect even for little hands. The sound is not too bad either. I would say it is typical, just like other walkie talkies we've had in the past. It is also easy to use. No need for instructions.

The 2-way radios have great volume and distance for clear reception. I highly recommend them for children 3 years old and up. My grandson loves them.

Not a very far range at all.. and fairly garble sounding when trying to talk unless very close. But good enough for a four year old.

Doesn’t have the best range but my three year old still loved it. Great for a starter set of walkie talkies.

I tested these quickly and the reception was not good at all. I wanted to return but my grandson (3) didn’t care about the sound and wanted to keep them. They are cute but I would NOT recommend these

My son was very excited to get these. The quality isnt great but the kids I don't seem to mind. It's been a year and they are still randomly played with and both in working condition.

Bought this product when it was on clearance for my nephew. One of the walkie talkies is great, the other you cant really hear what is being said. No volume buttons just on and off switch.

My kids love Paw Patrol but the sound quality is soo poor that it was a waist of money!
