The speaker is Bluetooth and it easily connect to a phone or tablet. The sound comes from the green pipe. The speaker quality isn’t the best, but it’s a cute gift for Mario fans. Even if you don’t want to use the speaker aspect, it can be a nice figurine for display.

if you are a collector this is a great item. I am sure it works good out of the package as well. I would suggest it for use with your 2ds, 3ds or switch and maybe even older handheld that have a speaker jack.

Omg I couldn't help but buy this i love Mario my boys love him it works nice no complaints of yet can't really complain for the price I paid but I must say worth it quality is nice just to have up as a decor

Super cute, comes with a backing on the box that can be used as backdrop to be made even cuter. Does not go super loud or super clear, but I use it for my classroom and it works just fine.

I love Mario and Nintendo! So I was excited to see these in store. It's really loud and the sound is amazing! Mario fans should get this awesome speaker!
