Great headset. Works flawlessly, loud and clear, charges quickly and doesn't use a lot of power. Comfortable and easy to wear

didn't like the control buttons on the side. like trying to read braille. voice quality less than what I needed. had problems when paired to cell phone. couldn't answer. tech support couldn't help with pairing.

We contacted support in search if a devise that would allow us to listen to the radio and communicate with connected devises. They indicated this devise would do it when in fact, it does not. So my lower rating is not because of the devise but the advise received by best buy support.
