The game is very good. It is not however a perfect 10/10 like the reviews seem to believe. This is like every other from software game before it except for better graphics and an open world. The combat is brutal and honestly just unfair most of the time. You will die a lot and that is supposed to be the fun part I guess? Anyways it is good just not perfect. Worth checking out though.

One of the things I really like about Elden Ring is that you can grind and overlevel yourself and still enjoy the game and progress through the content even if you're not the best at these types of games. I've really enjoyed it because of that.

I'm defo not a hardcore gamer and have never played a Souls game ever before, but this was such an epic experience! Loved exploring the world, combat and characters. Definitely a must have game of the year/years!

I used to hate souls games but after playing Elden Ring I’ve actually gone back and replayed several Dark Souls games and enjoyed them. 10/10 would recommend even to some who hates Dark Souls.

Elden Ring is one of the best games recently released. Very beautiful game from the open world to enemies, bosses, dungeons, characters, and armaments. Action RPG style with the difficulty of Demon Souls. I highly recommend this game if you are looking to spend many hours building a character and explore the world.

Fantastic game! Haven't played a game this addicting since Skyrim. Of course, with it being a FromSoftware game, it is very challenging, but if you can't get past the fact that you will die many times, I would highly recommend it.

Still my favorite game! I have it for my series X and my PlayStation 5! It’ll never get old to me. There’s so many different characters you can make to journey this visual masterpiece!

Eldon Ring has taken over my life. I was put off at first by the early difficulties but once you understand the game, look out. Hint,,,don’t try to kill everything in the beginning level up first. Absolutely the best game I’ve ever played.

Open world, grinding simulator. Not enough npc's, quest giver, or quest tracking. Even after 1000 hrs of play, it sounds like it would be terrible.

One of the greatest games of all time. It’s the first game in years that has given me the same feeling as playing Skyrim for the 1st time. The free steel book I was given by the staff was much appreciated

One of the best of soul genre. It designs to welcome all new player to the genre because of the open-world which you can go and do wherever you want. If you cannot fight the boss, just go somewhere to farm or find a new gear. When the time is right, you will beat it. Amazing game that you cannot miss.

Amazing design an graphics but difficult at the beginning.

Rich and deep world, very difficult gameplay but the open world nature of the game lets you travel somewhere else if you get stuck. That said pretty much wherever you go will be challenging until you grind enough runes for levels or figure out some strategy to not die as much.

Absolutely fun game to play. The graphics are really awesome and the storyline is really good.

A very fun, but challenging game that doesn't hold your hand, but instead rewards you for keen observations/exploration and being patient. Rather than get angry from your mistakes, learn from them and you'll get far. If you're a FromSoft fan, then this game is certainly up your alley.

If you like Dark Souls you're going to love Elden Ring but I'd also say its about as approachable as Skyrim as long as you dont let any one foght get under your skin. Huge open world with beautiful views at every turn I can't recommend enough.

An extensive large over world, huge dungeon crawler and more creatures then you’ll know what to do with. Arguably one of the best games I’ve ever played, it has a rich character creation system, in-depth storyline and can be very difficult but not impossible to play
