This is the first time I have used Best Buy's Geek Squad appliance repair services. It was excellent. Mike was timely, professional, and incredibly helpful. Not having a dryer during the holidays might be one of the more difficult household challenges I've experienced, but thanks to Mike our dryer is working. Plus, being a Best Buy Total member saved me a lot of money. I didn't know that I got a 20% discount on this type of service, and it is a welcome discount, especially at this time of year. The repairs were affordable. (I don't think I've ever said that before!)

Brent, a Geek Squad Repairmen did an amazing job of performing a diagnostic on our Samsung 5.0 Frontload Washer. He thoroughly examined the product and was able to give us an idea of what we were looking at repair wise. He even took the time to text me what a repair estimate was and provided his recommendations, which my husband and I found very useful. Though I'm extremely disappointed in the Samsung product, I'm very happy that we had such an honest and straightforward repair individual. Would highly recommend Brent to anyone for his exceptional service and dedication to his craft.

excellent service for 12+year LG washer. Decided to purchase new one rather than spend $500 for repair

The technicians were helpful however after the second visit, it was determined that the incorrect springs were ordered by another company and need replacement. Why was this not determined to be the problem on the first visit? Now after 4 rescheduled appointments that were out of my control, the appointment today still shows the parts ordered were the wrong part number and a credit has yet been applied for the wrong parts that were originally installed.

These gentlemen were on time when the said they'd be at my home. They were very friendly and professional and HONEST. They explained what was broken and helped me to learn why the part broke so i could avoid the same thing happening again in the future. To me, their honesty was priceless!

Of course our warranty had just expired! However, Best Buy made it so easy to get the correct repair company contacted and the repair was successful!!

We purchased a GE 1.4 Cu. Ft. Mid-Size Microwave for our company break room and we are very happy with its performance. We felt this mid-size microwave fit our shelf perfectly and gave us all the features we were seeking at a great value since it was on sale at Best Buy when we purchased it.

The dryer was having drying issues and they figured out where the problem was. There were very thorough with testing and it was in fact my vent in the wall.

Best Buy sent a member of the Geek Squad to see about the knocking sounds my new washer was making. He added water hammers which really helped. He was on time, professional and knowledgeable. Harbison Best Buy is wonderful!

The agent was early. He called first. Professional. The diagnostic was quick. Had to pay $50 with the Total Protection Plan. Determined the cost of the parts and labor wouldn't justify getting it repaired.

The dryer purchased from Best Buy stopped working for the third time in seven years. Our usual Geek Squad agent arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem and came up with an inexpensive solution. Also, the agent suggested that we have the dryer vent hose cleaned; it turns out that's been the culprit for all three problems. Only Best Buy/Geek Squad provides thorough service for appliances.

The geek fixed the original problem but caused a different problem. The maintenance guys in my building did me a favor and resolved my issue. The geek guy removed a hose and could not replace it properly. I am glad the maintenance guys helped. No more water on the floor from the washer!!

The unit is extremely easy to use with a wide range of load capability.
