    Battery doesn't hold up well at all. It drops DRAMATICALLY in percentages

    Horrible service on my e-bike assembly. My bike broke down after my first ride. They obviously don’t know what they are doing and I’m frustrated for paying $150 for this horrible service. I will NEVER get service with Best Buy again.

    The assembled vike was done correctly. The tech assigned was not knowledgeable. Reflectors not attached, bike frame was connected loosely, low tire pressure. I paid $150 to a bike shop for correction.

    Above doesn’t even warrant 1 star / but had To put it in to submit A Joke , they never had put together this bike Or any other type of bike let a lone a E-bike

    Had no idea what they were doing had to google it. Did not make sure bike ran before leaving.

    Never put the bike together- paid for the service. They completed the install of 2 TV mounts.
