I am thoroughly pleased my purchase of the GE cooktop and would highly recommend it. It is easy to clean and very efficient. Best Buy delivered and installed this cooktop and kept me well-informed about prepping for the delivery and installation. The installer was on-time and knew what he was doing.

Love my new induction cooktop! Heats up and subsequently cooks very fast. Love how easy it is to clean as well. Purchased from Pacific Sales and from the sales to the delivery and install, every aspect has been the best!

It was delivered in a timely manner and installed professionally. The result, the product works like it's suppose to and we are very happy.

I very much like the looks of this stove top, however I find it difficult to set the dials for proper heat because the indicator on each dial is difficult to see. Also the indicators (Low, Medium, High) on the stove are difficult to see, something could be done to make them more visible. Oh, also the indicators as to where the burners also should be made made more visible. Good stove top but needs more clarity as to where the dials ate set, and where the burners are located.

Best cooktop that I've ever used! There's a very small learning curve so read the directions that accompany the cooktop. Easy to clean and looks stunning in my kitchen!

The install was quick, clean, and the guys were great. My only knock was the lack of notice when this was going to happen. No call the previous day, so on the day of the install, my appointment window was still 7am to 7pm. I was fortunate that my install was early and the guys did call to tell me that they were arriving in 10 minutes. It would be much better if the install window was at least reduced to a 4 hour window.

Carlos and Larry did an excellent job installing our new cooktop, and they took extra time to make sure everything fit and was set up perfectly. Thank you Carlos and Larry.

Delivery and installation went great. They were neat polite answered all of our questions and we would ask for them when we have our next delivery

The cooktop install went well. The team was responsive and was prudent when installing the appliance. Communication with the crew was limited due to language barrier which created some frustration, particularly when they tried explaining a specific electrical box and arm requirement. However once we had the materials on site, they took care of everything in a quick and easy manner.

The guys who installed our cooktop were knowledgeable and very nice. Arrived when they said they would and cleaned up any mess they made.

Excellent service, my wife likes it, and the wifi system is good but not many options :(. easy to clean and working nicely.

Cooktop install was timely and went smoothly. The cooktop is just slightly off center (smaller footprint that the one it replaced) left-right when compared to the downdraft vent but I’m probably the only person that will ever notice. Otherwise the service was great and saved me from having to take the time and install it.

My new stove heats up way faster than the old one. This one appears to be more efficient and hopefully I’ll be saving all my electric bill. I’d like that it shows you when it’s still hot with a red warning light that glows pretty nice

The cook top works well. The only complaint is the foam on which the cooktop rests is uneven and will allow food to gather under the cooktop. Unsanitary. Going after the stray items will involve a knife and ultimate destabilizing the cooktop

The BB crew did an excellent job installing our new induction cooktop. They had to come back twice because our kitchen cabinet needed extra modifications when we switched from a gas downdraft stove to this induction cooktop. Service appointments are fairly easy to make. This was a free service with every new appliance purchase if you were a TotalTech member. Unfortunately, this great benefit is no longer available for free under the new BB Membership program.

Friendly and very helpful installers. Cleaned up the area nicely after installation. Cooktop looks good and works great!

The cook top was properly installed. It didn't take much time. That's the whole story.

You won't regret spending the extra money to have this cooktop installed. These guys contacted us to see if we could take an earlier delivery, which was great. They checked the space, measured and made sure the cooktop fit correctly without any additional cuts made to the counter area. They made adjustments needed which really saved us time and money because we didn't have to have additional crew come to make new cutouts. I can't say enough how thankful I was for that! They were very mindful of our property and cleaned up the area where they were working.
