Best install I could have asked for - both gentlemen were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely clean workers- not a spec of anything needed to be cleaned when they were done

You won't regret spending the extra money to have this cooktop installed. These guys contacted us to see if we could take an earlier delivery, which was great. They checked the space, measured and made sure the cooktop fit correctly without any additional cuts made to the counter area. They made adjustments needed which really saved us time and money because we didn't have to have additional crew come to make new cutouts. I can't say enough how thankful I was for that! They were very mindful of our property and cleaned up the area where they were working.

On Thanksgiving Eve, we had 1st installers came to our house on time between the arrival window. This installer seems to be very experienced, and knows what he was doing, and he was doing very quick and clean. Unfortunately, the stove was defect. Since it was attached on my countertop already, we have to wait for exchange. The next installment date was set to 5 days later. This time they gave us big arrival window (7am - 7pm). So we took a whole day off and waited for them till 8:30 pm, there was nobody showed up and no single phone call was received. We really wish someone would call us if they couldn’t make it. The 3rd installment date was set 15 days later. The 3rd installers were OK. We fell they are not experienced as 1st one, they took more times comparing with 1st group. But, at least they got job done as we had brand new working electric stove finally.

Best Buy store designer made preliminary home visit to measure space to replace old cooktop. Verified cut out etc. Unfortunately he did not take into account that pull out drawer under cooktop would still fit. Installers were disappointed that designer didn’t leave measurement verifications . Installers accurately installed cooktop and verified operation of cooktop and demonstrated operation of cooktop. They helped me determine how the pullout drawer might be adjusted since it no longer could be inserted under cooktop . I paid to have a carpenter make a cutout in drawer so it could be inserted under cooktop. Communication needs to be better to avoid problems like this.

the delivery, install and haul away was professional and simple. There was good communication on timing and the installers were very friendly and very quick on the install. They tested the product before they left and made sure we were happy before they left. Love it!

These guys are very professional. Know what they're doing. They did have to take the exhaust fan out from under the cabinet that I wish I had but to make it fit it had to be done and this was the only company that carried this size which was the size of the old one that was already in there.

Love the sleek look. Easy to clean. I’m still getting use to finding the right temperature for cooking. Right now it appears that the elements take a long time to heat up to hot.

When it’s working the cooktop performs well. Unfortunately, a lot of things keep it from performing at a high level. Need to keep operator manual handy at all times. For example, error d0 locks cooktop. Manual says hold down power icon for 8 seconds to unlock. Doesn’t work. Had to reset circuit breaker. Since d0 common error, this is a pain

Excellent service. Installers were courteous, prompt, and did a great job.

It's a little slow to heat up but the controls are easy to use. I like that it gives you extra temperature control by allowing you to adjust the temp by incrementing 0.5 at a time.

Great product! The customer was very satisfied with the look and feel of the product and the timely delivery. Install was very smooth!

Installation took two visits because I didn't know my old unit had curved corners and this one doesn't. The first set of installers explained exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. The second installers got the job done in minutes since I had the corners of the counter squared. All of them were polite.

Works great, easy to use. I am still working on how to connect the cooktop to my cellphone

Very professional. Received a phone call the day before to give a timeframe of service. Was told to ignore the Best Buy text about the time of service. The installers were polite, efficient, and fast. Great workmanship from this company.

From the first phone call till they left very polite quick clean and efficient left zero mess. Very helpful in showing us how everything worked.

Alex and Rigo Lopez were very professional and knowledgeable. They showed how minor adjustments were needed in order for the stove top laid completely flat on the counter. Installation was done perfectly.
