new stove experience

Pleased with repair service

Fortunately we had Geek Squad and still under warranty. When they couldn’t get all the parts they replaced it. In an older home this stovetop was able to work on the older electric wiring we had whereas an induction stovetop would have required an electrical upgrade.

Techs hired by Best Buy won't cap gas line

The installer refused to cap the gas line, and we eventually capped it ourselves after studying online how to do it. Don't believe a store promise to cap a gas line when changing from a gas cook top to an electric one.

It may have taken the tech 20 minutes. I could have done it myself but with Total Tech membership it was a free install and haul away of the old appliance.

Stove top

Customer service was the worsy the lies stalling passing the buck was a major headache. Not to mention lost work hours for 4 to 5 no show appointment that system rescheduled.
