The two contractors did a fine job installing our double oven. However, i thought the $175 charge was excessive for the trimwork that was done.

The installation team did an outstanding job installing my oven. It required cabinet trimming and they carefully ensured it fit correctly. Cleaned up after completing the job and hauled off the old oven.

So far I am in love with my microwave/oven. Its more them what I was expecting. I am still learning all the functions on it but it is awesome. Also, great installers so nice.

We bought the KitchenAid - Smart 30" Built-In Electric Convection Double Wall Oven (incl bells/whistles) w/ Install weeks before our Home Remodel was ready to receive it, so Best Buy was very accommodating and said just call us when ready to install. The Installers called and arrived at the scheduled time and Installation was quick and effortless on our part. They tidied up after themselves and we were ready to have our Thanksgiving meal in our new Kitchen!

The delivery guys were on time and were very careful when installing the KitchenAid Double Ovens. They called prior to arrival. The location in my kitchen for the double ovens was in a corner which was a very tight fit and awkward for the installers. They managed to do the installation without scratching any of my wood cabinets or the new ovens.

Easy and quick install. Left the area clean and ready to bake!

Installers came prior to the delivery date to ensure proper measurements, fitting and installation requirements. They ended up having to cut (modify) the cabinet space so our new LG wall oven combo would fit. The installation team did a great job installing our awesome oven. We love it!

Company chosen by Best Buy did the best job on installing our new double wall ovens!

Richard & the installation team from Just Install did an awesome job installing my wall oven. My cabinet had to be trimmed, which they did for a small fee while vacuuming the dust from trimming. They also took any packaging trash with them. They made sure the wall oven was functioning and even turned on the oven for as per the installation instructions from the manufacturer for the 1st hour. I couldn't be happier with smooth, timely install.

Installation was professional and on time. They hauled away my old oven as requested.

This was the first and last time I would schedule an install through Best Buy. I took four separate days off work to be home for an installation that took less than one hour. After complaining about it to Customer Service, absolutely nothing was done to reimburse me for my time. First day received a call providing me with a four hour window, three hours later, received a call saying double oven was not delivered to warehouse so needed to reschedule. Second date was (Delivery) and they left it in the box next to kitchen. Third date installer shows up alone to install over an 230 pound double oven and discovers appliance damaged. At this point, I removed all trim and doors from existing appliance. Finally, on the fourth date the Installation was completed with two technicians. The app is not current with the third-party who perform installation. Dates are confusing and communication is limited. Would recommend shopping at Best Buy for good deals, but not using the installation service provided.

Getting an installation date was difficult because we are out of town, Cle Elum, but the installers, who came from Grandview, Gilbert and Jose, we’re fabulous, friendly, on time, and efficient. A*****

The vendor from Best Buy was exceptional at trouble shooting 4 year old issue with Thermador double oven shutting off. They were professional and helpful not to mention hopefully solving a 4 year old issue.

Contracted service from Best Buy was very efficient and professional….no problems installing our new electric double wall oven. We appreciated that they also kept us informed on their expected arrival time.
