Jose Estrada and Alexander did a great job with the oven install. It was necessary to make some cuts in the cabinet to make the new oven fit, and they made it fit perfectly.

Couldn’t be more pleased with our installation. Delivery of appliances was ahead of schedule and installation was done by knowledgeable and experienced technicians.

The installer was really friendly and very helpful and reasonably priced gave great service and I am very happy with his work

The guys generally did a good job on the install, but they left the plastic feet off and told me that there wasn't enough room. I figured out after they left there was enough room, they apparently forgot to install them. There is now a gap at the top of the oven.

Installation was terrific. Very professional, and also fast.

This oven buzzes loudly while operating. I can hear the buzzing coming from the kitchen while I'm sitting in other rooms of my house. I reported the buzzing to Dacor immediately when I registered my new product. Dacor (Samsung) sent out a tech 4 times trying to pinpoint and repair the buzz. Finally, Dacor declared it's not their problem and directed me back to the installer (Best Buy). Best Buy sent their installers out to verify the installation was done correctly, and to make sure the oven was sitting level across and down. Best Buy declared installation looks ok. Dacor refuses to refund or exchange. Dacor is not taking responsiblity for their product and told me to seek refund or exchange from Best Buy. I wish I could share a video so you can hear for yourselves how loud this oven operates. I purchased the Dacor brand because it looked sleek and it has nice controls/console display. Looks aren't everything! Save yourself a lot of heart-ache and DO NOT BUY this oven.

I noticed after the installers left that the unit was installed slightly crooked. Just enough to be annoying.. The cabinet had to be adjusted during the install. I guess it need to be adjusted a little more. The unit is too heavy for me to lift and make the adjustment on my own. I am bit at a loss for a solution at the moment.

Extremely disappointed after waiting weeks and taking the day off of work, that we could not have the oven installed. Now we may have to wait another XX amount of weeks for an appliance that we already paid for!!!

They damaged my cabinet installing and didn’t even acknowledge it. Basically two kids came in and they couldn’t get out of here fast enough. They didn’t even finish taking the packaging off.

After purchasing this product Feb. 19, 2023 it is yet to be installed. Original date Feb 22, then informed the night before it would have to be Mar 8. Delivered, but install was further delayed until Mar 30. It now just sits in my kitchen, waiting.

Beautiful oven that is easy to use, especially with the LG app. I’ve already cooked several meals and I love the air fryer feature. Works fantastic. Delivery and installation was completed quickly and professionally.

Magnificent Oven!!! This is an up to the minute double wall oven that delivers ease with cooking!! You are able to control it on a smart phone if you like or you can use it the traditional way. It is just gorgeous with a blue interior and stainless on the outside.

Mike with Mike's Appliance Install went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase of Our KitchenAid Convection Micro/Oven combo wall unit. His friendly professionalism demonstrated throughout the install process was greatly appreciated. So far the appliances are working well. We're very satisfied.

The guys who installed the oven were REALLY nice and professional. They did what they were supposed to do. However, the oven door itself was faulty so we eventually needed to get it replaced. Crossing my fingers that the replacement oven is acceptable. The Best Buy returns department representative was very understanding and helpful.

Very efficient and skilled install of new oven. Only issue was communicating in English with installers, but all went very well.
