We ordered Kitchen Aid double ovens from the Best Buy in Silverdale, WA. Jenny, RoseAnn and Brandon provided excellent service and advice as we were doing our research and purchase. The ovens were installed Apr. 10 by Sabastion and Carsten who also provided stellar service. We're most pleased with the product as well as the service we received.

I am very pleased with the knowlege and expertise of my service team Chris and Chris Jr. They had to do some problem solving because of the removal of an existing wall oven. They were very careful with our cabinets and too thier time to do a fabulous job !

New unit works beautifully for both the microwave and the oven. Unit looks good and seems very solid. Oven heats up fast. Lots of different settings but they are easy to use. Like the microwave steamer basket that came with the unit. Steams vegetables perfectly.

Gabriel was great installing our wall oven. He was thorough and careful about making sure it fit correctly. He showed us how to use the microwave component and answered questions.

Love my New Double Oven, unfortunately, there were many problems trying to coordinate delivery take away installation and connections when it came to high end, Best Buy seem to struggle a bit the installation and delivery companies were not easy to work with all in all it took a lot of back-and-forth to get anything finalized

Installation was very easy, people came in one day to get all the measurements and then on a different day they came with the appliance ready to install and hauled away the old one

Installers did a great job. We were glad to have them back for the cooktop install as well. They were careful and maticulous.

We love our new stainless steel oven microwave combo. Easy to clean, looks great with our other stainless steel appliances. Make sure to have the in home measuring with the Team who come to your house to measure as this will insure a good fit, saves time and disappointment if you think you can measure yourself and it's not correct. The install team was "Awesome" they took the time to make sure it all fits, they explained how it works, they took the old stove/microwave out so we didn't have to worry about that part. The install put on shoe covers as not to track in dirt. Very professional team!! I would definitely recommend Best buy for your next appliances.

The installer was on time and very experienced in doing this type of installation. He was also friendly and willing to answer whatever questions we had. I would highly recommend this installer whose name was Fudge. He also installed a dishwasher and a stove top. Again, very pleased with the installations.

The install was simply outstanding. The installer was efficient and knowledgeable. The removal was quickly done and the new oven fit perfectly. Could not have been a more pleasant experience. Very impressive!
