Installers did a great job. We were glad to have them back for the cooktop install as well. They were careful and maticulous.

KitchenAid wall oven installation is very good. Only problem is lower oven door is not in align with the upper oven on the left side. Best Buy is scheduled to bring another new oven for installation in July. I am waiting for it.

They were able to make a cut to get the oven to fit my cabinet. Even though they charge extra for it.

The installers were very pleasant and called 30 minutes prior to arriving. Unfortunately they had to make a return trip days later to fix the wiring that shorted out. So far after the wiring was repaired it seems to be working fine.

Excellent appliance. Has some very good features. We bought a microwave and oven built it. Very Happy that we bought an LG product.

Stove is absolutely great . Have issue with costumer service. After my purchase I had question about a price adjustment . My Salesperson told me he call me back , never did . I called several times , even went to the Store nothing . Very disappointed .

The installers were on time, very professional, and courteous. They cleaned up behind themselves and appeared to be a very experienced team working out install issues. They seemed to be prepared for anything. I am so glad they were because I hate it when installers have to come back another day to complete the installation. I considered installing the unit myself, but I chose to leave it to the experts this time. I am glad I did because the unit was heavier than I expected.

Great product with great price point. Has an old model of the same product for nearly ten years. And, since the footprint was the same, it fitted and installed rather quickly.

I purchased my very first in-wall double oven... it is HUGE! There was no way I would have been able to complete this install by myself. Not only do I not know what I'm doing, but the double oven is very heavy! I would probably hurt myself... pay for the install and leave it to the professionals who have all the right equipment and expertise. It'll be worth it

Love the new wall oven microwave combo. Looks great. Only small adjustment for the space needed. Replaced a GE microwave/oven combo unit.

Would have given 5 stars if rhey didn't have to come 3 times to install and replace before receiving one without defects. I went one year without an oven because I loved the style (french doors), color (black matte) and options/features and it was on backorder. But, after all was said, done and corrected I absolutely love it! The installers were friendly. Although, I am still waiting for my credit for all the inconvenience (3 installs.) That hasn't materialized yet. I am getting the run around and they were the ones that offerred it. I hope they keep their word. I am a loyal customer.

I was kept informed on the status of of my microwave/oven combo before it arrived and when it arrived, three service men arrived to install it. The installers were thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant. After the installation they cleaned the kitchen thoroughly and instructed me on the use of the unit. The $200/year to be in the Best Buy Totaltech program is well worth the expense.

The installers were excellent on my double wall oven. Could not ask for better! Looks great and is level! Professional all the way!
