Omar did a fantastic job installing our gas stovetop and hooking it up to the propane. He was very thorough. He checked all the burners and made sure there were no gas leaks. He cleaned and shined the stovetop before he left as well as cleaning up any surrounding debris. Super satisfied clients. Thanks Best Buy!

Absolutely love my new double wall oven. Not only is it extremely efficient, but it is so sleek and modern looking.

We are very happy with the new oven. It's quieter than the last one we owned, which was noisy when the fan was blowing during cool down. The sliding middle shelves are really nice too. The blue color and nice lights make it a easier to see inside the oven as well. The controls are intuitive and easy to use. Nice upgrade for us.

So far this oven is living up to expectations. It does take longer to preheat than I'd like. Also, be sure to check dimensions of where this will be installed. It is taller than I accounted for, and just barely fit.

Two key issues prevent this from being 5*: 1) the lack of backlight on the controls really grates on you from the first time you use this oven. The designers placed a dark grey narrow font on a black background for the controls, with no backlighting, and thus rendering them almost invisible without turning the lights to max or using a phone as a flashlight. Really annoying. 2) for a 240V/40A circuit, the microwave feels significantly weak. I was expecting more power for sure.

The installation team that Best Buy used for our Double Microwave and Oven was very professional. They took their timing measuring, adding additional support for the oven, cleaning up and hauling off the old Oven. It was definitely worth the investment!

Bernardo & Salvador were total professionals and arrived just as advertised. They had the old oven out in no time and really took care to get the new oven installed perfectly. The work was top notch and they took the time to explain the install and afterwards answered all our questions. They even set up the pre-bake process before they left to make sure we would be able to use the oven once complete. Job well done. I wish every appliance installation was so smooth.

The installation of my new double oven went very smoothly. They made sure everything worked properly and spent time with me explaining how my oven operates.

Nice looking double oven that performs well. My only complaint is that it takes a very long time to pre heat. Plan ahead if you are preparing a meal. 20 - 30 minutes is needed to reach 400 degrees.

We purchased microwave oven combo NQ70M6650D. The microwave is very advanced and basically can be used as a second oven. This is very convenient. I’m very happy with many functions of oven as well. I used and pleasantly surprised how accurate a Temp Probe function works. Checked the temperature after prices completed with my manual temp and it showed exertion the temp I setted up. Miracle. But one function is missing for this model- Keep Warm. Such a basic function that all ovens I had before. But this sophisticated oven does not have. That makes me quite disappointed. For dinner prepared in advance it’s really became a hassle.

Installer communicated and let us know when he was going to be arriving, and kept in contact and cleaned up after himself when he left. Great service!

This review is for the installers in San Diego near Carmel Mountain. They’re amazing. They came in quickly, measured everything, and installed everything super professionally. They left the area clean, and was respectful of my home.

Very happy to receive my oven/microwave combo. For a moment I thought it was not going to happen because the delivery crew decided not to install the oven because there was a gap at the bottom. Multiple calls were made from different teams within the company. A multidisciplinary team solved the installation problem. I was impressed!
