Installer communicated and let us know when he was going to be arriving, and kept in contact and cleaned up after himself when he left. Great service!

The actual putting in the ovens was great but we had to do all the prep like rebuilding our wall so the new oven and microwave would fit. The appointments for service needs a lot of work. Best Buy and its group to do the actual work need better communication.

Mega Brothers did an excellent job. They were courteous and respectful of me and the house. The oven opening was slightly off and they adjusted it for a perfect fit. They wiped and cleaned the area to assure everything was in order before leaving.

The installers arrived on time, did some cutting to make the new oven fit (as expected), and were totally professional and efficient as expected. We have had a number of products installed by Best Buy and all of the installers have been great!

Though the existing cutout from my old double oven was a bit taller than our new double oven, the installation crew went out of their way to take the time with some added material to improve the fit at no additional charge. They treated me like a valued customer.

Love the new unit. It has a “Quick” convection oven, not as speedy as a standard microwave, but does the job well.

The guys that installed the JennAir oven were awesome. They came into the kitchen, removed the old oven and meausure the opening for the new oven. They modified the opening for the new oven and installed. Oven looks great!!!

Guys were great on the install of my new wall oven combo.

Delivery arrived as scheduled. Unhappy that the oven was damaged (broken glass on lower door unit). Now forced to wait another 5 weeks for delivery of a new unit.

Oven units were delivered in perfect condition. Installers were very professional and did a terrific job. They worked diligently and removed the old unit and shipping from the new unit. They made sure we were comfortable operating the new units. A great experience.
