The team did an expert job of setting up my machine they perfectly leveled it and explained everything to me! They were great

Mine is a stackable washer on bottom, dryer on top. The installers did a good job, but it wasn't great. The drain hose from the washer was installed up and over the water supply lines at the washing machine, which prohibits the unit from moving closer to the wall. Had the drain line been run under the water supply lines, the washer could be moved 4-6 inches over.

The installation crew was very professional. They knew exactly what they are doing and within a few minutes, they were in and out of the house.

The installation team Migel and Beto were very professional and did extraordinary job to install the new GE laundry center easy and quickly. They run very short delicate cycle. Hope the installation is done correctly not just for a test short run but for a real laundry load. Hope the new GE laundry center will work many years ahead as my old but perfectly working GE machine. Big thanks to Migel and Beto! Also I want to thank Ben the manager at BestBuy store on Nobel drive in San Diego, California. Thank you Ben!

Great washer/dryer combo! I would definitely recommend it. The crew that installed it were very professional. Customer service was really helpful and courteous. The dryer is very roomy and the washer holds a decent size load. It truly is the perfect set when space is limited.

Had high hopes as old unit was from same brand n lasted 12 yrs. After 3 weeks of use, had to have replacement unit because dryer started to made loud noises. Been about 3 weeks, waiting to see if the replacement unit will hold up.

The unit was installed and left without it being balanced. When I went to balance it I noted that the installer had dented the top of the dryer. NOT a little dent. A huge dent. By crawling over the top of the dryer instead of removing a shelf. I've asked for a site visit and a replacement. The guys were nice but they left without telling me this occurred and there's just no way they created that dent without knowing. Customer service response so far has been good but I am still waiting for the site visit and the replacement so this is not a final review.

We appreciated the help. We could not have done what the two men that brought over the item we bought online from Best Buy. They attached our washer, that we already had, to the pedestal they delivered. They came on time. It was a pretty fast install.

Fast installation, very kind service workers that were considerate when we had to clean out the dryer duct and needed a little time.

The technicians making the delivery and installation were great. They called to let us know they were on the way. The tasks of hauling away our old unit and installing the new unit were done efficiently. They made sure the new laundry center unit was working before they left and were knowledgeable to answer any questions we had.

Installation was done perfectly and the crew was able to do job in time and leave in perfect condition. All communication with the customer centre was also done smoothly and perfectly. The reason I gave two stars is for the reason that the crew who did the installation was not very communicate and somewhat threatening when they had an issue with parking their van for entering my apartment complex. Rather than listening to the requirement of the building and following it, they simply threatened to leave and asked me to create new appointment when we can meet their demand of parking their van at a place which they find to be convenient. I have learned that the crew was outsourced hence not in control of Best Buy. I strongly suggest that they educate their outside vendors to follow proper customer service and communication etiquette and be able to handle matters professionally. Instead it was like dealing with elementary school students throwing tantrum when they didn’t get what they wanted. For this, I have no option but to give one star so they can grow up and be more like the competitors who knows how to listen to customers.
