I am so excited over my range. I originally was ordering from HD but after they pushed my order back two months I went to Best Buy. They were able to deliver within days. The delivery guys were extremely courteous, friendly, and professional. They showed up within the chosen timeframe. They unpacked everything outside and installed quickly. They disposed of all packaging. I couldn’t be happier

I absolutely love my new stove. I’m still in a learning curve but so far so good. The stove top burner variety is great. Lots of options. The oven has been a bit more challenging to learn. But I moved from a stove that was 28 years old to that one. Big Difference! Love the WiFi connection.

Great! My new stove on the top began to chip. The company ordered a new top, the top was ordered three times, all three came back damaged so Best Buy replaced the stove with a new one!

Quick, easy, installation very efficient and timely

We decided to go with this LG range because the look, size and additional features it comes with. We are still learning all the features and extremely happy with our purchase. I definitely recommend this Range!

Michael delivered and set up my new range with his helper they were very professional and friendly. I was notified via text and phone call when he was in route. He arrived on time and worked in a very timely manner.

The delivery team provided an accurate time for delivery. Then called when on the way. Unpacked appliance and carried it into the kitchen and carried the old oven out and took it away.

The Gentlemen who delivered and set up the range were professional and friendly. Only concern is that the range is not centered in the space; there’s a large gap on the right side. Photos are attached to show the difference between right and left side. Unable to move as the range was installed with anti tipping bracket

Installers called 45 minutes before arriving and arrived on time. They were very courteous and professional and I could not be happier with the installation. They leveled the range and insured everything was working as it should. After the installation they went over the basics of operating the new Range.

I always had good experiences with Best Buy installers but these guys weren’t top of the line. They got the stove in just fine (what’s so hard about an electric stove?) but when they pushed it in it was at least 4 inches from the wall. They said that was as far as it would go. Really??? So then they left after shrugging a few times and didn’t install the floor brackets which were still in the oven. I pulled the stove out myself and folded the power cord properly and pushed it in all the way. I can’t believe they couldn’t do that.
