Friendly, prompt, professional with great attention to detail. I highly recommend Installers, they are very product knowledgeable, arrived when promised and install very thorough. I'm sorry I don't recall their names but this install service through Best Buy has been a very good experience.

Everything was very professional, service was great!!

While the Samsung electric range has a lot of nice features, the knobs on the front to turn the burners on are way too sensitive. Brushing up against them can turn the burners on. It's happened on several occasions. My wife accidently bumped the stove bringing in groceries and caught a box on fire. The install guys were great.

The delivery gentlemen were so quick and efficient so helpful it’s my third delivery with Best Buy and each time it’s been wonderful

The range was installed below the height of the counter (a big no-no), with the granite counter scraping against the unprotected edge of the glass. Thermal expansion could have shattered it over time. There was a 1.5" gap in the back too, larger than what GE's gap filler strips could support. On top of that the technicians tried to turn on the oven to 400 degrees while the range was still covered in condensation from sitting on the truck! This could have fried expensive circuit boards. You're supposed to let it acclimate for at least 4 hours before plugging in let alone using it. I ended up pulling the range out, adjusting the leveling feet, and then installing it correctly. Now the gap in the back is only half an inch or so and the glass isn't scraping against the counter. That said, the delivery process went very well. No damage to the house and they arrived within the scheduled window.

The range was delivered on time and the installation was done right. The installers was very knowledgeable it wjat they did.

The delivery was on time however the guys installed the range knowing good & well it was very visibly dented, scratched & didn’t say anything. When they were done we pulled the range out & saw all the defect.

Installation of electric range went totally smooth. Professional in every way.

Range was brought to our home by installer and unpacked in the driveway. It had no damage which was good as previous two ranges were damaged. When installers www taking range into our home they dropped and damaged the side the side of the range with various scratch marks. They spray painted that area and completed the install. I was given a $50 damage credit which I did not think was enough but I was tired of dealing with the continued problem.
