    We love this machine in combination with the gas dryer. We bought this set because it was the largest capacity machine able to fit in our space. This is one of the few brands in which the door opening direction can be changed for loading and unloading convenience

    The selection online at Best Buy was good. It was easy to read about and order. The purchase was eady to complete. The conmunication was good. The delivery was good. The installation was good. So far the machine is working well. I'm quite relieved as my last Maytag was having a lot of issues. But the door on this new machine is sagging a little and i will call Best Buy to discuss. Thanks!

    Bought this unit to our piece of junk Samsung. Electrolux came highly recommended by 2 repair persons. 2 months in and so far so good. The washer does have a weird rubber smell but, I don't notice the smell being in the clothing after it's done washing.

  • Gasket smells like nauseating baby powder

    This machine looks nice and runs quietly. But the gasket (rubber inside) smells strongly of baby powder! The smell is terrible and doesn’t go away even after numerous hot water bleach cycles. I could smell it even with the door closed and it would rub off on my clothes that came in contact! I wish they had disclosed this on the packaging!
