The tub never filled with water properly, never mixed the soap, and instead just kept spinning back and forth. Left a huge mess of sopping wet clothes with the soap still in the dispenser. Best Buy did come pick it up and I exchanged it for an LG that’s worked perfectly. I really thought and researched hard before buying this and hoped it would work. It was very inconvenient to get a lemon, and haul mountains of clothes to the laundromat. I would not buy this brand again.
