Great Washing Machine

At the end of a cycle there is no remaining water in the tub like my previously owned Samsung washer had. The capacity is great and the actual unit is smaller in width than my previous unit but it has a larger washing capacity. Great quality for the price. The washer is also very user friendly.

The first delivery date 1/6 due to out of stock. Second delivery date is now 1/14, so far haven’t heard of any issues. Bought the brand in the past, feel comfortable about the quality to buy a new one.

Learning to use was a piece of cake. Washer capability and performance were over the top and awesome! Online reviews for this brand had exceeded all others, and we were not disappointed. This one, like the 2 others, is gentle with the clothes. The load comes out clean with no deposit, very little wrinkle: no need to waste energy with a dryer, I can user Mother Nature to dry. All perfect

After an in-depth discussion with an Electrolux technician, the problem lay with the clogged drain filter. The problem is the drain filter is not accessible without removing the back panel, electrical wires, and other components. After researching the internet, Electrolux, has a design problem with their drain filter. If I would have known this, I would have never bought this product. The machine is unusable if it needs periodic maintenance. I will never buy another product made by this company because it is an obvious defect. I hope the Best Buy employees will research their product lines before recommending them.
