We liked the washer very well. Ultimately, we traded in the washer and dryer for an LG because we didn't like the Electrolux dryer at all. But no complaints about the washer.

It worked for a month then stopped. Electrolux warranty is garbage. They sent a tech to diagnose the issue - said it needs a new control board. Its brand new, but ok. Took a week to get the part, but they ordered the wrong one. No ETA on when they can locate the correct part or if this will even fix the issue. Now I'm without a functioning washer for 2+ weeks. Electrolux does not stand behind the product. Have asked them to replace with a new unit but they will not per their policy - they must replace a part at a time until the technician says it is unrepairable. No consideration for the inconvenience this causes a family and the time lost in their inefficient process. AVOID.

Better than old one
