I have had the dryer for more than a month- We are a family of nine; so about 15-18 loads of laundry a week. This dryer dries even the largest loads quickly without roasting the clothes or linens. The dryer capacity is absolutely huge- which means that even when you need to dry a king size comforter there is plenty of room for it to actually tumble when drying. The controls are easy to use and the lint trap is assessable and easily cleaned (lint trap has a finer mesh screen than older model dryers). It is not a whisper quite dryer; though in my opinion it's not a noisy dryer either. Overall we are extremely happy with this purchase and would recommend it highly.

With this dryer my clothes are always dry in one cycle, unlike my old dryer. I love the different cycle choices available with this product and the color options are also a plus. I have nothing negative to say about this product and only wish I would have purchased it a lot sooner than I did.

I love the simple easy to use settings. There is an option for any situation. My clothes do not fade or shrink. You would not even know the machine running and the chime is loud enough but not obnoxious.

I recently purchased the pair of these Electrolux units. I have had them since the day before Thanksgiving. At first I was only going to buy the washer but my husband insisted I go ahead and get the dryer also. I am so glad I got both units! There is a "fast wash" cycle that will have an outfit washed and dried and ready for you to wear in 36 mins! (18 mins for wash and 18 mins for drying!). I love the chime that it makes when your clothes are done (nothing like the really annoying buzz that most make!). It's extremely quiet! These units are much larger than the top loading ones we just replaced. We had by-fold doors on but after installing these units, they no longer fit. So now my laundry room is wide open in the hallway, but you barely even notice when you're doing laundry because they are so quiet! Plus they look so good, I don't mind having them sitting there looking pretty! :o) Definitely get the pedestals... I use the one under the washer for all the laundry supplies, plus I use the other one for oversized blankets. Speaking of oversized blankets, these units have no problem washing my California King sized comforter. This is the main thing I wanted my new units to do. Very energy efficient! Since the washer spins the majority of the water out of the clothes beforehand, the dryer doesn't have to work as hard or as long to get the clothes dry. Plus the dryer has several different settings for dryness so you're not cooking your clothes all the time! Price was comparable when looking at the total package! We did A LOT of research before settling on this set!

When it starts the rinse cycle, some sensor in the door says that the door is open so the washer stops. But the door is locked and you can't open it. We had this washer 2 days when this happened. The repair man came out and fixed it, within 45 minutes it did it again. This machine is nothing but trouble, a waist of money, and a HUGE headache.
