The initial installer left with the machine screeching and said it would resolve after a few uses. It completely stopped working after 3 uses. Runs for about 5 seconds and shuts off. Called Geek Squad and they sent a tech out who couldn't fix it and sent me back to Best Buy support. Geek Squad, even with my warranty, routed me back to the manufacturer. Now I'm waiting another week for Electrolux to send a tech out.

I'm on my SECOND dryer and the second one didn't even make it a month before the motor and control board blew! You read that right, not even a month! The first dryer died before the 2-year mark. Replacement purchased on 2/9/24; received 2/15/24; motor and control board blew on 3/4.
