Very pleased with the suction for a cordless. Tried different brands in the past but this is the best one ever.

This vacuum . . . runs great . . . is very easy to use . . . very easy to store . . . and has a great look!

It worked for us well. It glides easily and has good vacuum so I can vacuum fastand do not have to redo the surfaces.

I was leery of buying cordless. However it ia the best investment ever.

This product stopped picking up after a week of use. After vacuuming, when I lift up the vacuum dust and dirt falls out of the bottom of the vacuum. I returned it to the store.

For what this vacuum does, this is really an awesome design. This vacuum is not intended to replace your everyday household vacuum but to supplement its use. You would normally use this vacuum for very fast pickups or times when u only need to clean a specific spot and you don't wanna drag out the big vacuum. This is my 2nd vacuum from electrolux. I used the 12V model of 2 years ago until it wore out on me. It was great. Great design, quick and easy usage, good power. I decided to go up to this 18V model for the extra power and I'm not disappointed. It also adds a few nice features such as power recharge gauge versus the lower models. I do find that the price point for the 18V is a bit much. I think it should be about $30 lower but that didn't stop me from purchasing it. I still would recommend it.

Pleasantly surprised, it performs well, easy to use. It has a blue light on it like a nightlight. Picks up all those little tiny pieces of everything, use it in kitchen on large tile floor and under the highchairs of a very messy set of twins! I love it. I HATE to sweep with a broom and now I don't have to.

I am going to exchange this product for a different option since it does not fit my needs. Pro: -easy to put together -lightweight, no cords -great suction -long charge Con: -mediocre cleaning ability: this does not replace Swifter or regular vaccuum. While it picks up quite a bit, it doesn't properly prep/clean well enough your floors for mopping. It does not get until appliances such as fridge or stove or sofa. As well, this does not vaccuum carpet or rugs unless the lowest, LOWEST pile. I have a Roomba for those in-between days and that is much better than this item.

I bought this vacuum about two years ago. Living alone in an all hardwood floor and tile apartment and being a pretty neat person I would only use it about once or twice a month. For the first 8-10 months this vacuum worked well for this task. After the 10 month mark though it started drastically losing both suction power and how long I could use it prior to needing a charge. After purchase I could vacuum for a good 30-40 minutes before it would start dying on me. After the 10 month mark I was lucky to hit 20 minutes. At about the 16 month mark I could only use it for 10 minutes. The suction is also probably 1/3 of what it originally was. I doubt the issue here is with the motor itself and most likely the batteries that are powering it. Opening up the vacuum they have a series of rechargeable NiMH batteries setup in a way to make it incredibly difficult to replace them unless you feel like doing some soldering and electrical work. To buy the official replacement you are looking at a $60 cost. Final verdict, if you're looking for a good short term 2-in-1 vacuum only for wood and tile floors and can live with eating the cost of a new vacuum every year or the $60 battery replacement then this may work for you. Otherwise steer clear.

This vacuum has so much power, and is by far much better than the 9.6 and 12 volt versions. If you have dogs, cats or medium pile carpet, this will clean on high power for almost twenty minutes. That is more than enough to do a relatively good job of cleaning the dog hair out of my basement. It deep cleans well if you go slowly, but also does a great surface job when you move fast. Overall, this is a great quality product and I would highly recommend it to any pet owner with low to medium pile carpet or bare floors.

A deal at this sale price! Very handy, especially with the hand vac built in. Performs well on hard surfaces. Works O.K. for quick clean-ups on carpet, but it isn't exceptional.
