After a poor installation, we are very happy with this machine overall, although there is a lot more vibration than expected on the spin cycle! Also, there was a small rusty area along the front edge of the supposedly stainless steel drum in the washer which I took care of with steel wool, and permanent water spots on the back! Suspicious, but I assume Best Buy would not sell a used machine as new! About the installation, the delivery/setup guys did not install the hole plugs in the shipping holes on the back of the washer, they installed an obviously used power cord in the wrong opening and without the proper clamp (see attached photo), and they did not leave the unit properly leveled! I adjusted the level myself, I obtained the hole plugs directly from Electrolux after unsuccessful attempts with Best Buy, and a second delivery/setup team correctly installed a new power cord with the proper strain relief clamp! I guess time will tell about the long term quality of this unit, but I hope it's as reliable as the Electrolux vacuum cleaner we had for so long!

I waited 2+ months to post a review just to make sure the set was still functioning properly. I was hesitant to purchase another front loading set, but I have nothing but praise for this unit and brand. My clothes have never been cleaner and I literally get two weeks worth of laundry done in hours. Previously, that would have taken days between Samsung's inaccurate wash times and an old dryer on its last leg. Delivery and installation was a breeze thanks to a great delivery team.

Just moved into a new place and got this washer & dryer set — love how easy laundry day just became. The washer gets everything really clean without me having to overthink it, and the dryer leaves clothes soft and wrinkle-free with minimal effort. The stack tower setup saved so much space in my laundry area and the controls are simple to use. It looks good, runs quietly, and just works. Definitely glad I picked it up.

Best of washer and dryer I have owned. Can wash a load in 15 minutes and dries even quilts in 30 minutes.

This is the best Tower! I love my Electrolux washer and dryer! It the best! Between the both units they several cycles. I have tried them all. Delivery was a breeze along with hooking everything up. My clothes look so much better now! I would recommend to any of my friends to purchase when they need to get a new washer and dryer in the future.

Never heard this brand before but I really like it. You will have to buy and put in your own dryer electrical cable to install it.

I have always heard that Electrolux was a premium brand. Friends who had one loved their purchase & praised it highly but never did I expect it to be this great! Love how panel selection for both is in the middle & its so easy use. Very intuitive! The washer has great settings like Optic White to get whites brighter without using bleach. I also like that it has a Allergen setting which I luse because I have allergies to dust and pet dander. The dispenser can take pods which others did not offer. It has steam for both which it excellent for wrinkles in the dryer and gets stubborn dirt in the wash. Both have interior lights which is great in the washer as well as dryer. Another feature no other brand had was reversible doors (was a must for me). Had mine about 2 months and no problems. Its very quiet. Spin can be a little lound sometimes but not a deal breaker. I'm very impressed with Electrolux brand, it's well made & no other brand came close to the features this has. I've always purchased Samsung in the past but I've noticed their manufacturing has gone down quite a bit (many plastic parts that break). After Thanksgiving it was on sale for $1,599, about half off so the decision was easy. Time for a change & Electrolux has not let me down. The washer/dryer tower I purched in Titanium is far Superior to any brand Ive owned.

New technology with a sleek design. We purchased two sets for our home and had cabinets built to enclose the units and it’s absolutely perfect. The sales people were super helpful and informative. I also enjoy that the controls are centered in the center for easy access.

Fits X-LARGE loads = 2 comforters plus 2 sheet sets in 1 load. Cleans & deoderizes 2 medium dog beds plus fabric toys in 1 load. Able to do a quick 15 min wash & dry for last minutes necessities easily. We LOVE this set & you will too.

Washer and dryer both work as expected. However, the washer where the door meet the unit has a gap of about 2 inches by design, which socks and other small garments tend to get stuck in. One sock almost disappeared with only a little piece showing which was just enough to pull it out. I wonder where it would have actually disappeared to if I could'nt pull the little piece out???

Well made, multiple choices on settings for washer and dryer. Fits nicely into my apartment Laundry Closet. My favorite part so far is the slide-out compartment for laundry soap, bleach, and fabric softener, It is at the right height, easy to read openings, easy to clean. I am very satisfied that this was money well spent.

This Electrolux washer / dryer combo is amazing, I like that it is narrow but deep that makes it fit better in our laundry room and doesn't look capacity. Verty nice features and quiet. The installers did a fantastic job also and were on time!

best washer and dryer we have every bought. We got it for our vacation home in Florida and it is so easy to use and we just love how quite it is.

This new unit left permanent black smudges on three brand-new sets of nice white king sheets I just purchased. They are ruined. Otherwise, the noise level, cleaning, and drying capacity seem ok.

ON the day of delivery, everything went great... until we turned it on for a 15 minute wash cycle. There was a loud grinding noise. I freaked out and went immediately to Best Buy to ask for a new machine but, was told I had to wait till the next day. It was still showing in the system as "out for delivery". Anywayyyy... I went back home and tried a full wash. No loud noise. The dryer worked fine. The next day a did a very large wash. No problems. I've had it 4 weeks now and it's working great. I have no idea what the loud noise was on day 1. I love the digital interface. It looks very modern and techie. Clothes wash and dry well. Will update if I have any other issues with it. So far so good!

Love that the controls are all in the center of the stack; our old stackable it was impossible for my short self to reach the controls for the dryer. Love the large capacity (this replaced an apartment size stackable at our lake house) so there's no more transporting larger items back and forth. Only downside, it arrived damaged and is pending redelivery - I don't understand why items are not checked before being loaded onto the truck? Delivering a 2nd time can't possibly be economical for Best Buy and would it not improve customer service?

I love this washer so much. We’ve had it for 6 months and it’s for the most part quiet and efficient.

Had it for a few months now. Fantastic machine. Our clothes are getting a lot cleaner than with our old Samsung.
