I’ve had it for about 2 weeks now and haven’t had a problem yet. The build quality is is really good. There are a lot of features that you gotta take time to read through the manual for.

Unfortunately, it broke in February, causing a significant leak that flooded my entire cottage. The damage was extensive and required costly insurance claims to replace all of my floors, furniture, and 4 feet of walls due to mold, as the leak went unnoticed for over a week. Water leaked from both the back and below the unit. I do not recommend anyone buy this faulty unit—my experience was absolutely terrible.
